Excellent view and perfect for traveling nomads! I stayed here for a month and throughly enjoyed it! The apartment sits atop the hill with one of the best views in the area. 5 mins away from the beach and anything else you could need. Communication was super fast and responsive. Overall I had a great stay!

Olivier is a top host. Always available and help you with everything. Very attentive. Cleaning 2 times a week, which is really a top service. The view was beautiful. Nice swimming pool and parking underground. 24-hour security available.

Everything was as described. Clean, modern, and well furnished with everything one needs to get a good stay in Phuket. Owners live very close by, and are quick to answer in case of any problems or doubts. Would definitely stay here again!

What a wonderful slice of paradise! The view is absolutely gorgeous. The ocean is very calm and easy to swim in. The location is perfect as there are many restaurants and things to do within walking distance. (Ao You Seaside has the BEST Pad Thai). I absolutely loved the area. Bed was comfy, kitchen had a lot of appliances if you prefer to cook. Grab can be ordered to your door. One of my favorite Airbnb’s I have ever been to. Hopefully can come back someday!

Host was really nice and friendly. Very nice woman. She cares about your stay, and making a great time for you. She's very communicative and responsive. The place is new as well, with great A/C if you need it, and laundry around the corner for only 20 THB. Highly recommended!

The house was great. No transportation problems, you can reach it from all over Phuket by your own vehicle or by taxi. In a quiet and peaceful compound area. Located within a secure site. We didn't have any concerns about locking the doors or storing things. We didn't have a car. We used a taxi all the time, we went to and from here for daily tours. We didn't have any problems. The items and architecture of the house are very good, there is no broken item. The pool is clean and in perfect condition. Air conditioning cooling systems work great. We only saw 1-2 small lizards for those who are afraid of bugs. Other than that, there are no pests in the house, you don't have to be afraid.

Amazing place with a stunning view, sunrises and sunsets are unreal. In an incredible location, which makes it so easy to go for a private swim. Best during early morning. Phenomenal halal restaurant right above the room called Hill House, we ate there several times. Only complaint that you MUST consider before booking here — there’s a LARGE flight of stairs to take to get down to the room. At night it’ll be very dark and when it rains it’s wet. Need to be very careful and cautious when going up and down because it can get tiring. Just something to note!

We had the best time staying at Maggie’s place! The location was perfect, the home was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. Maggie was a wonderful host—responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. We’d absolutely stay here again in the future!

A dream stay from start to finish! Our time in this beautiful villa was truly unforgettable. The villa itself was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated, with a lovely private pool that we enjoyed every day. As a cherry on top, we even got a motorcycle – ideal for exploring the area! What made this stay really special was the personal attention of our host, Tanya. She was very friendly, clear in her communication and really thought along with us. Because we were traveling with our baby, she had even provided a tub so we could shower him easily – so thoughtful! Thanks to Tanya, we felt immediately at ease and were able to fully enjoy our vacation. We'd love to come back here without a doubt. Highly recommended!

I travel a lot, but this villa was on another level. I highly recommend this place. Great facilities, calm surroundings, amazing pool and lovely host. I will be back soon for sure.

My family and I had a pleasant stay, there was 10 of us— the place was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The host was very responsive and accommodating, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. One thing to note is that there’s a noisy bar right next door that stays open late, which might be a concern for light sleepers. The location is a bit secluded, so you’ll need to rely on taxis or rideshares to get around. Overall, a good stay if you’re okay with a bit of nightlife nearby and don’t mind traveling for access to amenities.

A perfect place for family of 4 for 5 nights!Christophe done a good hosting through his proactive and friendly supports in all the need required!every necessity is right down the building,at close walkable distance!!We had car so going at Kamala beach and coming from there& all the beach clubs or Patong area was very easy!Altogether we enjoyed the view from the Apt.and had a good five days there!

Had everything you need, washing machine, microwave, fridge, towels, host was very friendly, view is insane, the only thing is the hill to get up is crazy steep, my knees were fully bent, so if disabled please keep this in mind. Lovely place!

Hosted by a wonderful lady and her family, this one is a real gem with a perfect location very close to the beach. You can actually walk to a very private beach along with the main beach. Other nice plusses: a nice patio, bug screens on the windows and sliding door (one of the few places in Thailand with this nice feature), an effective and quiet upgraded air conditioner. It's also very conveniently close to the airport, just 15 minutes drive, so you don't need to drive around for 90 minutes in Phuket to get here. Also has two tables/desks which help a lot for those who are working. The building is relatively new and I imagine during peak season it's probably quite busy, but during rainy season, it was very peaceful and quiet, including the beach.

This was a great accommodation. Very good location Close to resturants, beach, nightlife, markets, shops and lots of other amenities. The room is located on one of the top floors of a hotel, so are able to use hotel facilities such as lovely pool and games room. View was beautiful. The room was very well equipped, everything you could possibly need was provided. All instructions for check in and out was very clear an easy. We were a family of 3 adults and 2 teenagers and the sleeping arrangements suited us well. Very good value Alexia, the host, is very responsive and helpful giving lots of information and replying quickly to queries and very helpful, amenable and friendly Thank you for a, wonderful 4 night stay

Chonnacha is truly incredible such a kind person. And Jep was equally caring and beyond professional. The property is stunning, the view is breathtaking, the location is so private but also very close to the beach and local shops. The property has an amazing feeling and energy, and I felt so safe there. It is truly value for money and people should book this place because it is an unforgettable experience.

Absolutely amazing stay!! The place is exactly as the pictures show, it has an amazing location which makes it so convenient! All amenities are available and of high quality honestly couldn’t fault it, Andy and Nikki were both so helpful and accommodating from the get go and made sure everything was arranged for us which was an amazing service from the both of them! Minorrr cons, The bed is a little hard but you get used to it and I wish the shower was a little warmer but it is still warm enough to have a nice shower so don’t let that put you off Overall an incredible place, I highly recommend this room to everyone looking to stay in patong, you wouldn’t want to miss it! P.s the balcony view… INCRECIBLE!
