We are renting out the owner's home, which was newly built in 2025. It is limited to one group per day (up to 2 adults only). The first floor is the owner's warehouse, but no one other than the guests will enter the building during the guests' stay. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood. You can spend a relaxing time in a private space. The nearest station, Kita-Kamakura Station, is just a 20-minute train ride from Yokohama and one stop from the ancient capital of Kamakura, making it easy to get around. It is a 7-minute walk on a flat road from the station. Free private parking is available. Parking is also available before check-in and after check-out. 10 minutes on foot to Engakuji Temple in Kamakura Gozan and 20 minutes on foot to Kenchoji Temple. You can also go hiking from the mountain behind the house to the Kamakura Alps. There are several nice restaurants nearby. There is a kitchen, washing machine (no dryer function), and a theater room, so you can enjoy a comfortable stay even for long-term stays. For guests staying 3 nights or longer, a workroom is also available. Conveniently located as a base for any situation, whether sightseeing, a workation, or a stay where you can live like a local, you can enjoy the seasons, history, and cuisine of North Kamakura during your stay. Kita Kamakura is a green area with many Zen temples. This [Sumika Tanshukusha] is located on the hillside, up the trail and stairs leading to the mountain. There is no parking lot because it is only accessible by stairs.
