Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Eine gemütliche Küche, räumlich durch Stiegenhaus von Schlaf/Wohnbereich mit Bad getrennt, ist voll ausgestattet, schnelles WLAN und gratis Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus stehen zur Verfügung. Sehr ruhige Lage, für Kinder ebenfalls geeignet.

Two additional guests or children can sleep on the couch. Quiet location, 20 min. by car to Klagenfurt or Villach, 12 min. to Velden am Wörthersee. Our accommodation is only 4 km from Velden am Wörthersee. The Gerlitze ski resort can be reached in 20 minutes by car. Klagenfurt and Villach are also only 20 minutes away, making it easier to explore the surroundings. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy double bed and a pull-out living area for up to 4 people. The bathroom offers a bathtub and shower, and a desk is available. Welcome to our home! 🙂

Located at 1200 meters above sea level on a picturesque southern slope, we find the Saualmleitn. Relaxation and peace in an absolute secluded location, holiday in the countryside in a modern ambience crowned by a natural pool filled with spring water, a homemade bath barrel and a panoramic sauna.

Cozy apartment, close to the lake and the center

I rent my apartment on the second floor of our house near the center of Velden (5 min. walk to the lake and into the village). You will have the whole floor to yourselves. The kitchen is fully equipped and provided with cooking basics such as organic coffee, tea, pasta, sauce, oil, and spices.
