Super apartment in a very quiet part of Saintes, at only a 10 minutes walk from the historic center. Parking right in front of the house! The apartment is super spacious and practical, and the deco is top. We loved the outside space where we took our breakfast in the morning sun. Very relaxing!! Many thanks to Bea and her husband for their hospitality.

The loft occupies the top floor of the family home, in an idyllic setting by a small canal of the Poitevin marsh. Chickens, goats, sheep, dogs, cats, swallows and small birds, this is the house of happiness. We had a delicious weekend, between boating and cycling in the marsh.

Beautiful apartment in the city center, very well arranged with very nice decoration. The owners' instructions before the stay were very clear and for the price the apartment is sincerely very nice. I recommend it 200%!

Chantal is a host who makes you feel good. the accommodation is close to everything, while being quiet and green. If I have to go to the area again, I'll go to her place again

I highly recommend the apartment which slopes because it is very cozy and pleasant. It is ideally located with stunning views of the town hall park and the historic center of Saintes. The site is rather quiet apart from some noise pollution the first 2 nights due to some rowdy teenagers in the park. The accommodation is well-equipped, small suggestion a toaster would be a plus. Fabrice was absent during our stay, it was his mother who hosted us very well, she gave good advice to ensure that our stay went smoothly.

The apartment is located in the heart of the old port of La Rochelle. It overlooks an inner courtyard which makes it peaceful in the middle of restaurants and cafes around. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bedding is very comfortable. We highly recommend Leslie's apartment - a peaceful haven where we happily returned after our busy days. Leslie is very responsive and attentive.

Brigitte is super nice and very helpful. The apartment is perfectly clean, large, very quiet, with heating and equipped with everything you might need. The location is central in the old town center, in a few minutes you can walk to the harbor. Nearby there are many restaurants and shopping. Arriving by car is a bit complicated due to the location of the apartment (no stopping and parking in front of the apartment). There is parking in the vicinity, but it is often subject to a fee. Free parking is available near the adjacent park. All in all, it was a very nice stay in La Rochelle. THANK YOU Brigitte..!! 😉😉

Everything was perfect, very clean accommodation with all the essentials, very nice terrace, great environment... the owners are exceptionally kind, always ready to help. I would recommend this place, if I have to come back to Charente, I hope I can come back to Stéphan and his wife. Thank you for this stay at home. Agnes

We had a great weekend in Montalivet. The accommodation is very well located: close to the market and the attractive main street! A little noise in the evening because the city is very lively. We didn't mind at all. The balcony is a real plus☀️

Quiet apartment and very clean. The terrace is lovely. Gil is very welcoming and responsive. Very good for a few nights but maybe a real bed would be nicer than a sofa bed. Great stay.

Spacious and beautiful accommodation. Very clean, with everything you need. Hosts are considerate and responsive. If I come back to Angoulême, I'll stay with them.

My husband and I loved the apartment and Pierrick and Eve were very welcoming and helpful. Little personal touches like fresh flowers completed the feeling of being at home. Beautiful surroundings, excellent location and perfect amenities. A gem. Would highly recommend it and would come back.

Lovely apartment, well equipped with good quality appliances, bedding and towels. Fabulous host who took time to greet us and showed how everything worked. Location was great, central to all amenities but peaceful and quiet. The outside terrace was a bonus, lovely place to sit and relax. Secure underground parking was good . Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality place to stay, hopefully we will return next year.

Very nice well-appointed studio with in particular the bathroom and toilet space arranged in such a way as to have privacy (quite rare in housing👍) the outdoor spaces are simply beautiful and I would say that I place the welcome among the best I have received... human, helpful, discreet and responsive at the same time... congratulations to both of you 🌞

We had an absolutely wonderful stay with family in Les Pargaux. The accommodation is designed to make you feel instantly at home: functional kitchen, neat decoration and impeccable cleanliness. The garden is a haven of peace. The pool and hot tub are perfect for relaxing. The nearby 🎾 court is 👌 The location is simply ideal, between the vineyards and the ocean, perfect for beautiful bike rides or to enjoy the beautiful beaches of the Médoc. The presence of Naïa, the sweet dog, brought a nice touch of warmth to our stay, especially for our son who loved her! Our hosts were extremely attentive and discreet. Their welcome, punctuated by delicate touches from the moment we arrived, testifies to a real passion for the place and the well-being of travelers. In summary: a memorable and rejuvenating stay. Step on our descent to the Pyrenees, we arrived late and left early the next day Despite the constraints that this imposed, the studio was waiting for us, the indications were clear and we were sailing more than going to bed Functional and perfect studio for our short stay for 4 (2 adults, 2 children) Very nice little conversation with Charlotte this morning before leaving, she loves this activity, it shows! I recommend it!
