Old barn newly renovated into a residential house. Located in the heart of Les Bauges, in the regional nature park of the Bauges massif, ideal for nature lovers. Many hiking trails are possible nearby. 40 min from Chambéry, Albertville and Annecy and 14 km from the toll of Saint Pierre d'Albigny. The house includes 1 master suite, a 140 cm x 190 cm bed, 1 toilet, open kitchen to living room. The land is not fenced.

Looking for a unique moment of relaxation in an elegant accommodation and tips during your stay in Aix les Bains? We offer 'Le Nordique', a LARGE STUDIO of 40 m² with a PRIVATE HOT NORDIC BATH with HYDROMASSAGE JETS and a SAUNA. It is located on the second and top floor of a recent house that we enjoyed imagining, building and landscaping in order to experience memorable moments in Aix les Bains.

We provide accommodation located on the ground floor of our house in the hamlet "Gratteloup" in the municipality of Ecole. The place is quiet, in the middle of the Massif des Bauges (Savoie), a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You will find 1 bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room with 2 bunk beds and a sofa bed. You can also enjoy our garden with stunning views of the surrounding mountains.
