The house consists of 2 bedrooms with a 200 x 160 bed and a 190 x 140 bed (sheets not provided) plus an extra 190 x 90 bed (suitable for a child but not for an adult). 20 m terrace facing south. Our house is warm, functional, with a small garden. It is located in Sainte-Marie-de-Ré, in a typical alley of Ile de Ré, 500 m from the beach and 200 m from Place d'Antioche (where you will find all the shops: bakery, butcher, tobacco-press, restaurant, bike rentals...). This house can only accommodate 4 people. It consists of a beautiful living room, equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet. The garden is lovely.

The house is located in a very quiet area, a short walk from the ocean (500 m) and shops. It faces south/southwest, with a terrace that is not overlooked. The garden overlooks the vineyard. Parking is free and bike lanes are nearby. A thorough cleaning is provided for each rotation and included in the price. However, I will ask you to do a reasonable cleaning of the house before you leave.
