75 m2 house located 10 minutes' walk from the beach and 5 minutes from shops. The house consists of 2 bedrooms with a 200 x 160 bed and a 190 x 140 bed (sheets not provided) plus an extra 190 x 90 bed (suitable for a child but not for an adult). 20 m terrace facing south. The accommodation has Wi-Fi access and a TV (access only to Netflix). ⚠️ IMPORTANT Towels and sheets are not provided thank you I remain available if you have any additional questions.

Our house is warm, functional, with a small garden. It is located in Sainte-Marie-de-Ré, in a typical alley of Ile de Ré, 500 m from the beach and 200 m from Place d'Antioche (where you will find all the shops: bakery, butcher, tobacco-press, restaurant, bike rentals...). This house can only accommodate 4 people. It consists of a beautiful living room, equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet. The garden is lovely.

The small cabin is ideally located to rest at the bottom of a very quiet cul-de-sac in the Grenettes district even in the middle of summer. Just 150 meters from the coast you can enjoy the sea for shore fishing, swimming, surfing, beautiful sunsets. The house is located in a very quiet area, a short walk from the ocean (500 m) and shops. It faces south/southwest, with a terrace that is not overlooked. The garden overlooks the vineyard. Parking is free and bike lanes are nearby. A thorough cleaning is provided for each rotation and included in the price. However, I will ask you to do a reasonable cleaning of the house before you leave.
