Independent stone house of 40 m2, and for 4 people maximum, "la Lutinière" is located in a small very quiet hamlet, 5 minutes' drive from the center of Pélussin. In the heart of the Pilat Regional Nature Park you will be in harmony with nature and animals. La Lutinière offers you a fully equipped space combining comfort and authenticity. On the heights of Roisey, between Pélussin and Maclas, at the end of a cul-de-sac, our vacation rental has found refuge in an old 18th century farmhouse, classified by the Heritage Foundation. Within a small hamlet, barn renovated and decorated in a rustic and artisanal spirit you will stay in a 60 m2 living room kitchen and a large 20 m2 bedroom with WC and ensuite bathroom. Ideal accommodation for a relaxing and rejuvenating weekend in the heart of nature. The house is located in the countryside, surrounded by orchards. There are many hiking trails just above the Farm. And yet only 7 km from the highway..... Change of scenery guaranteed. ⚠️ Do not take 《the Chavillon path》if the GPS tells you to. it's a catastrophic path for 3 kilometers. Continue on the main road to the village of Cellieu.

Gîte des Treilles

Charming studio in the countryside in a quiet and preserved environment. A refreshing place, freshly tastefully renovated in the heart of the Pilat Regional Park, close to renowned vineyards. Private outdoor area with small plancha to enjoy the surrounding nature and aperitifs. This studio is an independent annex of the main house, with goats and cats at large, as well as frogs and other amphibians in the natural pond.

Caprice... a small atypical cottage in a quiet area.

Caprice is the name we have given to our cottage. It is fully equipped for 4 people willing to sleep in the same room. The pool is available to our tenants during their stay between June 1 and September 30. The HOT TUB with a capacity of 3 people maximum is available to our tenants during their stay between October 1 and May 31. Pétanque terrain and balls are available for your use all year long.
