Come and relax at the Kassydy gîte, a warm detached house with terrace, jacuzzi and an amazing view of the surrounding countryside. Quiet, not overlooked and equipped with 7 beds. It is ideal for couples, families or a group of friends. About 15 km from the highway exits of Lezoux (63) and Thiers Ouest (63), the gîte is located in the village of Sermentizon in the Livradois Forez Nature Park and about 45 minutes from the Auvergne Volcanoes Park and Clermont-Ferrand.

In a cottage created in a 120 m² rammed-earth barn from 1850. A large living room on the ground floor and upstairs 2 large bedrooms opening onto a 40m2 terrace with a view of the Chignore green, table and BBQ in the garden. In winter, come and warm up by the fireplace insert when you return from a walk and enjoy a raclette or some crêpes. Plenty of hiking in the Livradois Forez park, lake and river. Ideal for family and friends reunions, 100% kids friendly. Perfect for business seminars and wellness courses (yoga retreats...) It offers 9 very comfortable rooms and 6 bathrooms including 4 private. The common areas are cozy and huge exteriors with 1 large playground. Bakery & grocery store: 2min walk.

In the heart of Livradois-Forez Regional Nature Park, this 150 m² fully renovated old farmhouse has a large living room with kitchen area, 1 bathroom and 2 shower rooms, 3 toilets, 4 bedrooms, 1 TV lounge area. Upon arrival, the beds will be made, towels will be provided and you will have complimentary cleaning products for the house. You can also enjoy the largest mountain bike area in France (Massif des Bois Noirs mountain bike area).
