Terrasse couverte avec barbecue et des confortables canapés. Logement de 30 m2 (pour 2 personnes) séparé de quelques mètres de la maison principale pour ceux qui souhaitent plus d'indépendance.

Dating back to 1929, this magnificent villa typical of the seaside resorts of the 20th century welcomes you as a family in the south of France, in one of the prettiest cities of the Bouches-du-Rhône, La Ciotat. You will be 2 minute walk from the beaches and 20 minute walk from the city center. You will enjoy the large landscaped garden, have a coffee on the beautiful terrace and relax in the large swimming pool.
