We're right next to the train station (La Rochelle center can be reached in 7 minutes on the ter), the beach and the Chatelaillon park with its miniature golf course and extensive children's play areas. The house is entirely on the ground floor therefore accessible to persons with reduced mobility. A closed courtyard, insulated from the wind and well oriented is at your disposal. Recently renovated, our house is close to Châtelaillon-Plage (5 min), the city center of La Rochelle and the airport (20 min) and the island of Re (30 min). It includes one bedroom, a shower room with a washing machine, separate toilet and a sofa bed in the living room.

This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.
