As if set in the middle of the marshes, the vast wooded land, the heated swimming pool (10 m x 4 m, open from 1/05 to 30/09) and the 2 houses, will offer you peace and quiet, in great comfort. Close to wild beaches and the forest, 10 minutes by car or 25 minutes by bike through the marsh roads but also Noirmoutier and shops.

This house faces the sea and the beach with magnificent views. Ideal for weekends with friends or family but also for a week's vacation. It has all the comforts and also a beautiful soul. There is a wood-burning stove in the 60 m2 living room located upstairs and served by a staircase. In the 3 bedrooms downstairs, there are 160 beds with duvets and in the dormitory 2 beds of 140 and 1 of 160 with duvets. The dormitory is independent but it has a bathroom with toilet.

My place is close to the racecourse; you will appreciate its calm, the comfort, the view; the nearest beach is 15 minutes and 45 minutes from Nantes. My place is good for couples and families with kids who want to rest or people who want to work quietly.
