The villa met our expectations perfectly, I recommend it.

Christel is a great host, who immediately puts you at ease thanks to her good mood and small touches. We had a great time, the house is as shown in the photos. If we have the opportunity, we will surely return to Christel's house.

It was a wonderful stay! The house is wonderful and has all the facilities you need as a family! We had a great stay together with our three children. The house is located in a quiet and beautiful (clean and green) environment. Pool is gorgeous and heated! Parking in front of the door! Agde can be reached quickly! Frank has given us so many tips on what we can do nearby and how to reach the places! It was a great holiday with our 3 children where we felt completely at home! Highly recommended!

Villa was perfect, with everything we needed. Local shop was unreliable and closed sometimes , so we had to drive to hyper market . Pool was great and hot tub. Bedrooms were comfortable and nicely laid out.

Perfect accommodation, JC and Eva are welcoming and caring, responsive if there are any questions. The accommodation was clean, well arranged, the air conditioning and hot tub are a big plus. The village center is a 10-minute walk away, walks around the lake or cathedral are nearby. i would fully recommend

Beautiful place with stunning surroundings. Host (Sophie) was incredible, friendly, helpful and flexible. Would definitely stay here again in the future and recommend to others.

Quiet, peaceful, close to the beach and shops. The place is ideally located. Shade is welcome in the garden. We enjoyed the accommodation as well as the outside where we could have all meals. The beds are comfortable and there is everything you need to cook. Gaëlle and Jean-Pierre were very welcoming, helpful and accommodating. Our dog loved the turtles he would say hello to every morning

Warm welcome by Mireille who is very friendly. We only stayed one night but very functional accommodation. Good quality bedding, we slept very well. Accommodation in a dead end street so no noise which is very nice. Close to the beach on foot. We are fans of Airbnbs and this one is in our top 5. We'll be sure to come back if we come to the area. Corinne is a responsive and pleasant host, the house is spacious and clean, well equipped, the garden is fenced. A small crossroads market is within a 5-minute walk (ideal for last-minute forgetfulness), the Vendres ponds within a 15-minute walk (be careful a nice climb is on the course but easily achievable) Corinne warned us that the house was available before the scheduled time, super nice because we were in advance, and finally thank you so much for the little touches. I highly recommend this listing

A small nest in the heart of the forest and mountains. Our stay was very pleasant during the hot weather because the cottage retains its freshness all day. Three possible directions to leave the place by road, which makes it possible to vary the discovery circuits. The atmosphere is peaceful and caring, Hendrik and his wife do everything to make the stay as pleasant as possible.

Very beautiful, bright, well-stocked apartment and close to all amenities. The owner is very friendly, attentive and available. We had a lovely stay at the apartment and will gladly come back. We would definitely recommend it!

I recommend it unreservedly! We immediately felt at ease in this very charming and well-maintained cottage. A peaceful atmosphere, a beautiful pool that made the whole family happy Lucien was a great host and available for good addresses but also for a discussion. The Sainte Suzanne estate is ideally located for a variety of getaways: beach, rivers, authentic villages, markets and also the beautiful city of Pezenas, not to be missed. We enjoyed our vacation so much that we've already booked for next year 😉

Great weekend spent in this villa! Super clean, great pool. The amenities are also at the level of the capacity of the villa: very large fridge and barbecue. Possibility to park several cars in front of and in the villa. The concierge is super responsive and accommodating. Only small note: the villa is in a residential area with very close neighbors, not necessarily identifiable in the photos.

We were received in a very friendly manner by Amandine, a bottle of white wine was even waiting for us in the fridge. The apartment definitely met our expectations, the beautiful pool in the garden was used extensively and gladly. We received good excursion tips in the area from Amandine, the exchange with the hosts was also always very nice. Thank you for the lovely stay - we will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful stay - Bénédicte and Bernard were very welcoming hosts. The large studio is very comfortable, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The garden and pool are wonderful and a perfect place to relax. The location is great - by the River Lez, 5 mins walk to a tram stops and less than 30 mins walk to the old centre with shops and restaurants within a 10 mins walk. Communication was excellent and Benedicte was always friendly and helpful. We loved our time here and would definitely recommend staying here.

Gregory's villa is really great. We were able to enjoy a long, quiet weekend. The villa is also very well located and we discovered Narbonne and the surrounding villages with stars in our eyes! Gregory made himself very available, which was very nice. He's a really welcoming host. Thank you so much!
