It is located on the 1st floor (with elevator) of a small residence located on the main square of Royan with its many shops. The apartment was fully renovated in the spring of 2024. All amenities are brand new. It is fully air-conditioned, and decorated in a cozy and elegant style. Its balcony is particularly pleasant during the summer.

I welcome you to this studio adjoining my home. You will stay between beaches and tourist places (Mornac, Royan, La Palmyre, Rochefort). You have 40 m2 fully equipped for 1 family of 5 people. No extra cleaning fees (you do it.) Wi-Fi and barbecue included. Free if you have your sheets, otherwise 5 euros per bed (you would put the sheets in the machine at the time of departure).
