Ski slope, restaurants and cinema 2 km away accessible with a free shuttle that takes you to the center of the village of Le Chal. Splendid view of the Aiguilles d'Arves.

We have another apartment in the residence next door. They are located at the top of the village, Résidence les Sybelles 2, newly renovated at the end of December 2022. At the foot of the slopes, facing the shops. Area of 36 m2, 2 bedrooms, very well equipped, swimming pool open only July and August. Beautiful bike rides, skiing... We rent by the week during school holidays. Baby equipment🚼: high chair, bath, potty, folding crib. Again, we don't have Wi-Fi.

Apartment for 4 people in the municipality of Saint Jean D'Arves (Les Sybelles ski area). The apartment is located in the Goelia residence " Les chalets des Ecourts" in Saint Jean D 'arves (2km from the center). During your stay, you will have free access to the heated pool as well as the wellness area (hammam, sauna, gym). Free parking. ⚠️No WI-FI in the accommodation, only in the Goélia residence which is free. The residence will be closed from 04/11/2026.

Sleeping arrangements: 1 double mezzanine bed and a double sofa bed in the main room with flat-screen TV. A balcony completes the accommodation. Studio ideally located, at the foot of the slopes and ski lifts and close to all amenities, and has a closed ski storage room.

My accommodation is close to Vanoise Park with a beautiful view of the mountains of the Maurienne Valley. You will also appreciate it for its calm, its outdoor spaces, for cyclists its location near the mythical passes of the Tour de France (Galibier, Madeleine, Croix de Fer...) for skiers and hikers 5 km from the winter/summer resort of Les Karellis. My place is good for couples, solo travelers.
