Our independent house annex is set in the greened surroundings of our back garden. It is a small but well-equipped studio, and contains a kitchen and bathroom. You will have shared access to the annex from the gate to the main house, and then walk along the garden to get to your own private space. St-Sébastien-sur-Loire is right next to Nantes. Bus and tram services will get you to the centre of Nantes in about 20 minutes. It is a 15-minute cycle ride, or a 40-minute walk.

This studio is completely renovated, it is very pleasant, bright, comfortable (TV + Wifi via fiber) and quiet, facing south. It is ideally located because right next to the Super U and close to the train station and the city center, also close to public transport which will allow you to enjoy the many historical, tourist and attractive places. Kitchen, bathroom and trundle bed (160 x 200 cm) Free parking for 2 hours (Super U) and between 7 p.m. and 9 a.m.

This 40 m2 detached house, just renovated, is away from the street, hidden behind a building and nestled in a garden. Equipped with a 20 m2 terrace and 70's inspiration, everything has been thought out for maximum comfort. The tram is 400 m away and all shops are nearby. Perfect for a quiet stay and to visit Nantes in peace.

Nice 45 m2 apartment fully furnished in 2021 and redecorated in 2025. Located in the southern district of Vertou, in front of the vineyards and 5 minutes from the South Pole shopping center. Direct access to walking tours from the house. 20 minutes by car from the center of Nantes. The apartment is adjoining our house, with a private parking space. Our house is from the 1950s, and it was designed from A to Z by my dad. We live on the first floor and the apartment is below. We've brought everything up to date. The apartment includes 1 large bedroom... with bed 1 sofa bed and 1 single bed 1 fully equipped kitchen 1 x shower 1 wc You have access through the boiler room to the garden. You can enjoy your meals and rest there. Everything is calm.
