Our independent house annex is set in the greened surroundings of our back garden. It is a small but well-equipped studio, and contains a kitchen and bathroom. You will have shared access to the annex from the gate to the main house, and then walk along the garden to get to your own private space. St-Sébastien-sur-Loire is right next to Nantes. Bus and tram services will get you to the centre of Nantes in about 20 minutes. It is a 15-minute cycle ride, or a 40-minute walk.

Located close to all amenities, bus 5 minutes walk, it remains pleasantly cool in summer.

The accommodation includes wifi, a TV, a washing machine, an oven and a microwave. Easy and free street parking. Linens and towels are provided. No smoking allowed.

Our house is from the 1950s, and it was designed from A to Z by my dad. We live on the first floor and the apartment is below. We've brought everything up to date. The apartment includes 1 large bedroom... with bed 1 sofa bed and 1 single bed 1 fully equipped kitchen 1 x shower 1 wc You have access through the boiler room to the garden. You can enjoy your meals and rest there. Everything is calm.

15 minutes by tram from Nantes train station (line 1, "Médiathèque" stop). This is a comfortable home, which we have completely renovated with lime plaster. You'll feel right at home! Small 32 m2 fully-equipped "cocoon" apartment ideal for a Nantes getaway in a quiet and wooded residence. As I do not live there, check-in on Sunday is not possible (or limited between 12pm and 1pm). For other days, no check-in possible after 8pm. PLEASE take this into account when booking.
