The name, “Le Viron”, means a short stroll. This attractive family house, in the heart of the Côte Roannaise wine-growing region (part of the Route des Vins), is perfectly located for exploring the wider area, or simply for relaxing in authentic surroundings. The outside grounds can be enjoyed as soon as Spring makes its presence felt. Guests can also make full use of the barn*, now converted into a games room with table football, darts and more - perfect for the long summer evenings.

Maison Pernette is located in the Beaujolais Vert, on the border of the Saône-et-Loire, in the heart of the groves and fir forests. This old farm from 1878, completely renovated by us, is located at the end of a path and at the foot of the start of hiking trails, the house is in the heart of nature, an ideal setting for a stay in the countryside and a complete disconnection for two, with family or friends! Our master bedroom offers a timeless stay with breathtaking view over the hills of Massif Central. With its large volumes, Versailles parquet flooring and monumental fireplace, the room is at the heart of this property, which belongs to the same family since 1781. With a large terrace at your disposal, and the exclusive use of the swimming pool (open after May 30th) and grounds, you're guaranteed a unique and rejuvenating stay. The Black Wood Cuckoo

Renovated stone house that can accommodate 5 guests. Peaceful accommodation located in the middle of the woods, available from April to October. The ground floor consists of an equipped kitchen and a sitting/dining area. Upstairs, you have 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Guests can enjoy a large outdoor area (garden, dining area) and a playground for children. You will meet our animals: cats, chickens, rabbits, guinea pigs, geese, birds.

You will stay in part of a fully renovated old farmhouse, 5 minutes from the historic village of St Maurice. The very quiet environment enjoys large spaces and will allow travelers in search of serenity to reconnect with nature to the sound of croaking frogs and rooster crowing. The courtyard is private and not overlooked. Sports enthusiasts will also find what they are looking for through the many walks that the surroundings offer.

I designed and built the tree house to offer you a dreamy break and natural poetry. Built with local and eco-friendly materials, it offers the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. Outside, contemplate the view and nature that surround the place, inside, let yourself be surprised by a soft and romantic atmosphere. Breakfast is served directly at the cabin and it is possible to book a board of local products for dinner.
