Vacation rentals with a patio in Saint-Raphaël

We loved our 10 day stay at this beautiful sea view apartment with a great balcony with fabulous views for sitting out in the morning or evening. The apartment is right opposite the beach which was perfect or us. It is an easy walk of about 20 mins into both Antibes old town and Juan Les Pins both of which have plenty of choice of bars and restaurants. We also got the coastal train from Juan Les Pins into Monaco which was really easy to do. There is a bakery/cafe, Spar and Pharmacy 5 ins walk away from the apartment which was great for picking up everything we needed. We walked all over the Cap d'Antibes which was very easy from the apartment. It was worth the trip up to Phare de la Garoupe for the views and we enjoyed the Sentier du Littoral costal path although be warned there are some steps and rough areas. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and exactly as described/pictures. Nadya was a great host always responsive. We will definitely love to return!

Teresa’s place exceeded my wife’s and my expectations. Not only is the unit one of the cleanest we’ve ever experienced, but it felt high-end, complete with robes, slippers, comfortable bedding, and a very nice bathroom equipped with not only great-smelling bath gel, shampoo, and conditioner, but body lotion (all of which my wife appreciated) and even other items you might find in mid-and-upper-range hotel rooms. We cooked just about every night in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoyed the views from the balcony, sitting outside whenever we had the chance. The nearby bakeries were also perfect for morning pastries and daily baguettes, and the market near the police station had a great selection of local wines, ciders, produce, etc. The Smart TV allowed us to log into our streaming accts. and Wi-fi was great. Once we figured out how to use the combo washer/dryer, we appreciated having the ability to do a few loads of laundry. We had a thoroughly great time during our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay, the location is very good, we drove here, about 10 minutes drive to the city.It's amazing to get up every morning and see a big piece of the sea!Jeremy's mother received us, explained everything in detail, and communicated very well.I really recommend that everyone coming to Cannes take a look at this place

Very nice location, the house is quiet and beautiful, suitable for a holiday to slowly enjoy the beauty of the surroundings, the interior is fully equipped and tidy, everything is just right, the owner replied promptly and recommended the instructions for the use of various facilities around.The most surprising thing is that there are a lot of delicious and scenic restaurants in the nearby ancient city. There are new expectations every day😚. It is highly recommended for self-driving travelers.

the location was excellent 👌. easy access, lift available. the apartment was very clean. it was a little noisy in the square early morning, due to work at the old market, and temporarily sited opposite apartment . but overall a very pleasant stay.

Incredible little gem in the heart of St.Tropez. Just a short walk from the iconic Place des Lices, this apartment is truly a designer oasis. Two beautifully decorated rooms, a very spacious living room and kitchen with everything you would need. Tasteful interior design with stunning furniture. The guest manager John was also extremely helpful and kind. Easy and seamless check-in and check-out. What was also great was to have a garage parking spot as we had a rental car and the parking was very useful. Modern garage and spacious parking spot with easy entrance and exit. We had an amazing stay and will definitely be coming back!

Dominique and Nelly are very good hosts available if needed and a warm welcome. Accommodation close to the center, shops, beaches and port. We recommend Régis

We had a wonderful week. We loved the peace and the lovely town of Tourrettes sur Loup. The shops are just a two minute walk from and we really enjoyed the little shops, the bakeries and the nice restaurants.

The owner is very responsive. For any questions we had, he immediately reply to our messages. So he’s very kind and, of course, the house is amazing. Thanks for all

We had lovely days at Heathers place. Lots of nice things to do in the area, but also lovely to come back at the house for a nice swim, just relaxing, enyoing the view, etc. We also liked the well equipped kitchen.

Communication with Justin was excellent, whether on arrival during the stay or on arrival. The accommodation was clean and equipped with everything you need. The kitchen also had everything you needed to get by the first few days. Everything was clean. The surroundings were great, you had so many possibilities to do things. Justine also recommended a lot of things that were great. Also recommended for two families. Since there were separate entrances. And each floor had a fully functional kitchen with fridge and freezer. Overall, perfect, the only thing that was a little stupid. The trash can was a bit small. But highly recommended. We'll be back :)

We loved our stay in this beautiful villa with stunning sea views. The villa was sparkling clean and very comfortable. It was also ideally located, close to downtown, with easy access. We have just arrived back from having stayed at Peter’s apartment in Antibes. We ,as a family of four ,thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious and light and even though you are in the centre it is very peaceful and quiet. The area and the apartment felt very safe and secure . Peter was there to greet us and answered any questions that we had. It was lovely having the little balcony and the extra loo. My highlight was having a fan as well as the air conditioning in each bedroom ,as l like a cold bedrooms. The apartment is well laid out and has all the appliances that you need and is well equipped. Thank you Peter for a wonderful stay.

Very good stay in a very quiet environment with a beautiful terrace. Very well-equipped accommodation and friendly host. We would happily stay again if we have a chance.

Dominique and his wife were very friendly and helpful. My window was smashed in Nice and Dominique and his wife helped us temporarily cover the window with cardboard and a garbage bag. They even tried to get me a new windshield, unfortunately unsuccessfully, because it would have to be ordered and that would not have worked out in time. Since we were in the accommodation for 10 days, his wife even offered to wash our laundry. The place was really nice and had everything you need. The pool and the view were beautiful. If we were to go down again, we would definitely take the accommodation again. Thanks again to both of you

We had a wonderful stay at this fabulous apartment in Fréjus. It had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The absolute highlight was the private beach—a fantastic bonus that made the experience even more special. Communication with the host was excellent throughout, making everything smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Rooms, kitchen and bathroom are very clean and very well and functionally equipped, so you can actually cook something more elaborate yourself. Good shopping is a little further away, so you definitely need a car. The location is perfect for excursions to the cities and hinterland of the Côte d'Azur. Anne Christine and Daniel are extremely nice and helpful as hosts, always quickly accessible and had good tips for the area.

Silvia is a great host. The house is impeccable, super well-stocked and the location is very convenient for getting around. You are completely immersed in nature.
