Very nice apartment, cozy, quiet and bright, 45 m2, located 3 minutes from Enghien-les-Bains train station (10 minutes from Paris Gare du Nord line H and 30 minutes from Stade de France by bus or train). Great for the 2024 Olympics. Ideally located close to the lake, casino and SPA Barrière, shops, market 3 times a week and restaurants. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator access. I'm available to welcome you before and during your stay.

Well designed, it offers optimized and functional spaces, with pleasant natural light. For your information, the apartment is located on the 2nd floor. You have Sannois train station which is 10 minutes from the apartment
