The house, equipped for 6 people, is located in a small hamlet (Monges) at an altitude of 850 m in a quiet and peaceful environment between the Chaîne des Puys and Sancy, thus benefiting from an ideal location to discover the main tourist sites of the Parc des Volcans d'Auvergne. Hikers will be delighted by the many marked trails. In winter, come and discover the Cap Guéry ski area (cross-country skiing, snowshoeing), just 15 minutes away, and the Mont-Dore ski resort (downhill skiing), 25 minutes away.

Volc'happy large gîte is located in the heart of the Auvergne volcanoes between Massif du Sancy and the Chaine des Puys (UNESCO World Heritage) in a small peaceful hamlet. The Gîte is 250 m2 with 13 beds, a large dining room of 45 m2, a living room of 40 m2, two bathrooms and two separate toilets. In the adjoining garden; an isolated "cozy chic" trailer, heated with its own bathroom and toilet can accommodate 2 people. Just like the eco-construction with large bed, bathtub and toilet.

The outbuilding is attached to our house on a large fenced lot, but there is no gate to close off our driveway, which is about thirty meters long. Located in the heart of the Parc des Volcans d'Auvergne with a view of the Chaîne des Puys. Quiet location in a small hamlet close to hiking trails and streams.
