Ideally located 5 minutes walk from the center and the old port, and 10 minutes by bike from the beach and the Bois de la Chaise. Nice little flowered garden, intimate with wooden decking, olive tree, deckchairs and barbecue, very comfortable underfloor heating. Private parking, enclosed in the evening.
