Separate bedroom with 160 cm bed. A free parking space is reserved for you. Shops within a 2-minute walk, Carrefour City, bakery, pharmacy, etc. Vélib' station 20 meters away.

Notre maison d'hôte s'appelle : la ferme saint pierre Drôme. Il y a votre gite et 2 suites de 50 m2. C'est situé dans l'ancienne ferme magnifique du 18e siecle. Votre gîte de 50m2, est complètement autonome ; Vous disposez aussi d'un espace sous une tonnelle pour déjeuner dehors. La piscine vous est accessible, dans un magnifique jardin avec vue sur le Vercors. Des ballades à pieds en sortant et sur le Vercors à 10 mn. Centre village à quelques minutes et gare tgv à 15mn.

You will enjoy a pleasant and private environment just a 10-15 min walk from the hyper-center of Valence and a 10-15 min drive from the Valence North and South highway exits. 20 min walk from Valence city train station and less than 15 min drive from Valence TGV train station. 1 min walk from La Cartoucherie, the moving image center, and its park.

Otherwise you can walk to the center of Valence in 10-15 min.
