Vacation rentals with lake access in Saint-Paul-lès-Dax

If you’re here to surf, Ben‘s house is the place to be. You cannot get closer to the ocean than this, and Messanges offers the longest and quietest surf beach in the area. We’ve had a fantastic time, and the house just made of even more special: breakfasts on the terrace, waking up to pure silence and breathing in the fresh ocean air.

Very good stay in Soustons, close to all amenities. The accommodation is quiet and convenient. Recommended.

The house is spacious and very well-equipped, the pool is very nice! The many bathrooms and toilets are a real plus when you live at 8. The only slight "downside" is that the house overlooks a fairly busy road but on the other hand the windows insulate very well from noise and in the evening there are fewer cars anyway so it didn't bother us too much.

A just perfect stay! The villa is ideally located in Capbreton: close to the beach, shops, bike paths… everything is within easy reach. The house is superb, very well maintained and equipped with absolutely everything you need — it feels like home from the moment you arrive. But what really made our stay exceptional was our host: incredibly kind, always available and attentive to ensure that everything went smoothly. Her warm welcome really made a difference. We would recommend this villa without a second thought and hope to come back very soon!

Very stylish finish. Within easy Ealing distance of several good restaurants. Supermarkets handy if you want to cook yourself. Would recommend to friends and family.

Welcoming and responsive host. New and modern apartment, comfortable, well appointed and well equipped. The bedding in particular is excellent. The pool is good sized and nice when it's hot. The stay went very well, in a large campsite with lots of activities available. At the very beginning of the season, so very quiet and pleasant. The place was lovely and so peaceful! We had a great time in this beautiful area. The accommodation is very well equipped, quiet and without any vis-a-vis, a real jewel in a green setting. Very beautiful renovation 🙂 Location. With two small children we were able to access the lake, restaurants, skatepark and village by stroller. Bike paths are also accessible right next to the house.
