Welcome to Le Perchoir, a cozy 95 m² retreat surrounded by nature with a sublime, unobstructed view of the forest, fields, cows, and mountain peaks. Just a few minutes' walk from the center of Saint-Nicolas-La-Chapelle, near Megève and Les Saisies. Its south-facing aspect offers ideal conditions for relaxing with family, friends, or even working remotely. The chalet was renovated between 2022 and 2024 with an interior designer.
