The cottage is an outbuilding of the house. Rehabilitated in Sept 2019, you can enjoy the garden, swimming pool (subject to authorization and deposit) and a view of madness. In the countryside, near Romans sur Isere, small cottage of about 30 m2 on our property next to our house. Many walks are within walking distance or further to Vercors (1/2 H), the Postman Cheval Palace or the Abbey of Saint Antoine. We had a great weekend at Nathalie's place. Accommodation was as described, clean and quiet. Very nice pool. We'll be happy to go back!

Maryline's place is beautifully renovated, with great taste. It offers an exceptional level of equipment (Hi-Fi, TV, BBQ, etc.) rarely found in Airbnb rentals. Everything suggests that this accommodation is regularly occupied by its owner, as it is neat and well-stocked. The environment is extremely quiet, thanks to its isolation — a true haven of peace. That said, it may not be suitable for those who appreciate the immediate proximity of shops. With a real swimming pool, it would be almost impossible to leave this place!

Thanks to Xavier for this great stay. We were 2 families with 3 children and enjoyed the quality of the welcome, the flexibility, Xavier's advice but also the accommodation which was brand new, very clean, very well equipped (kitchen like at home, bed linen & bathroom at the top) and in a quiet environment. We highly recommend Xavier's place and will be back soon to see the progress of his ambitious project.

We had a great time with friends at Didier's. The accommodation is exceptional: quiet and impeccably clean, we were also able to enjoy the beautiful summer days to bask from sunrise to sunset by the pool. The view is superb, the ideal location for recharging the batteries. We'd love to come back!

Great little cocoon to discover the region! The view of the Vercors from the accommodation and the pool is beautiful. The accommodation is peaceful, perfect for people who want peace and quiet in the heart of nature. Jean Charles and Patricia are very friendly, attentive and responsive! And the little extra, two bottles of fresh water and delicious apricots were waiting for us when we arrived. In short, we highly recommend this listing :) (not to mention the ice cubes available for the little rosé in the evening)
