Excellent stay in this clean, very pleasant and well-decorated apartment. Ideal location in the city center for walking and free public transport on weekends. Underground parking is convenient in an area where parking is difficult. Excellent contact with Julie to facilitate our access. The 4 floors without an elevator make you exercise. We'll come back

We had a truly wonderful stay at Pascals beautiful apartment. The design and furnishings were fantastic and we felt so happy and comfortable there. The attention to detail and cleanliness was amazing and very much appreciated and Pascal was very helpful with places to eat and explore during our visit. If you want to feel a local in the city centre, this is the right place. I kind of feel at home since I arrived. The building entrance corridor requires some upgrade to make it look nicer. The apartment is in the 3rd floor, and this may be an issue if you have large bagagges. The apartment has their own furniture, which is nice, but sometimes you may find a hidden speck of dust. Some nice features, such as a collection of vynil records make it unique. At night, you may hear the crowd from the restaurants on the street, but it was ok for me, I did enjoy my sleep. The highlight of the apartment is the location, the bright and spacious living room, which made me qualify this place with a 5 star.

I would highly recommend this apartment, it is very well located. The apartment is in the historic center and close to the tram.

An absolutely stunning classically, well thought out, French property! The house was stunning and attention to detail was second to none! We loved it here, the house is fully equipped and has gorgeous little touches. The host is extremely responsive on messages and via telephone, and if travelling from UK, which we were his English is fantastic. Jean-Christophe sent plenty of information to us before our arrival and made some recommendations too! Be careful when arriving at property if you are driving as if you take the wrong turning (the entrance to the place is in the front square) you have a long 10 minute drive to get all the way back around the one way system again! We did have to wait quite a while for the lady who met us at the property however it wasn’t a big issue, she was great and very helpful too! Absolutely recommend this place. Thanks Jean-Christophe

Nice studio in a very good location on the 4th floor, very well maintained and with all the comforts. Very close to the city center and buses and tram. To recommend

One night booked to take a simple break on the way. We were pleasantly surprised by the apartment's equipment (many towels + gloves, cotton buds, pharmacy, several pillows, etc.), as well as by the small touches (brioches, spread, orange juice, milk, cold water, etc.). Having rented a lot of apartments, I've rarely seen this, especially in this budget. Plus, the apartment is really very clean, worthy of a good hotel. The parking space is right in front of the apartment, which allows you to settle in very quickly. Thanks again, and see you soon!

Laurent's place is in a great location, easy to walk to most parts of Nantes, but is also in a very peaceful quiet area of the city. 15 minutes walk to Ile De Nantes, 30imutes to train station, 10 minutes to centre ville. the bathroom is amazing with a spacious shower. the cooking facilities are enough to make simple meals which you can enjoy on the balcony. the bed is very comfortable and we got a great sleep! the record player is a bonus as we bought lots of new music but could also listen to Laurent's collection. there is a great Boulangerie and small super market just 1 minute walk away with a great selection of fresh food. code access to all doors is so easy and no worry about losing the keys! would stay again and recommend to friends.

Excellent accommodation, very clean and extremely convenient! The apartment is spacious, well-appointed and feels like home. Everything is designed for travelers' comfort. I would highly recommend it, it was a real pleasure to stay there!

The house is great, the garden is very cute. It is very well decorated and very well-equipped. We really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and the terrace. Florence was very pleasant in communication and very accommodating. I highly recommend it.

We had a lovely stay The house is spacious, the little extra is that everyone has their own shower/sink The exteriors are very nice with everything you need to keep the kids busy (trampoline, swing, pony) The exteriors are under construction, which does not prevent use. A quick note about the hot tub which, although functional, was not very clean. Overall the house is as described and the stay went very well.

An exceptional family stay at Baptistin's cottage, Everything is designed so that we can evolve with ease, even in large numbers. Activities for both children and adults, various games, indoor pool and relaxing on the terrace. Bathroom and toilet adjoining each of the rooms, a must! We were hosted very well by Viviane and Pierre. Listing is as described. The equipment in appliances is of quality. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The building is very quiet. This listing's location allows you to discover and visit Nantes and its surroundings in very good conditions. The documentation provided by Viviane for both household appliances and outing ideas was very helpful to us. We really enjoyed the food products (brioche, milk, fruit juice) made available to us for breakfast.

Spacious renovated apartment with sunny verandah in a quiet location. Fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals or make coffee! Also very convenient to public transport - bus stop at the corner. We enjoyed our stay very much would stay there again if in Nantes.
