3bd 2bth, Wood Accents and Country Feel

3 bdrm, 2 full baths. 42’x20’ Garage, will fit a boat & truck or 2 vehicles (one behind the other). Ample space for outdoor parking. New kitchen w/butcher block counters. Big yard, firepit, hangout spot in the garage. No fish/game cleaning inside. There’s a big countertop in the garage for that. (No one wants to stay in a fishy smelling house). We’ve put lots of love into this house, we hope you enjoy it & your stay. Any questions, ask ask ask. Ackerman Marina Lake Access is just 1mi away.

Newly built in 2023, this 2 suite property is conveniently located off of Highway 2, in Ackerman Valley, Devils Lake. A combined 18’ by 27’ garage space with a living area, bathroom, and bedroom area with a sliding portion wall to separate from main area. Sleeping capacity is four (4) persons. Suite 1 and Suite 2 can be joined together by opening a 12’ by 10’ overhead door so a larger group can all be together. Check out the Suite 1 listing also on Airbnb for availability.

This property is only 1 minute from the Lakewood public boat landing. It does NOT have direct access to the lake from the home. Very unique, rustic stay. Trevor and his family treated us like family! Our kids had fun playing with their kids. The coffee was fantastic! We enjoyed eating our meals outside on the picnic tables and had a couple fire nights. The popcorn machine was fun! Our dogs and children had plenty of room to run. The barn animals were a cool touch! No regrets, we had a great time!

This place was awesome for hunters. It’s in a quiet peaceful town, it has an abundance of parking for trailers and boats, and it has all the amenities a hunting group could ever need including a cleaning station for any hunting/fishing you may be doing. Chris was a great host and answered any questions I had within 20-30 minutes of me texting him and I would highly recommend this place to anybody traveling to the area!
