This is a great place for a smallish group of people (we had 4). The location right on the lake is very pretty and has convenient access. The amenities in the house are quality and the design is lovely. Lots of thoughtful details included. Our group really liked the sheets. The beds were comfortable and everything was really clean. The host was super responsive to any questions that we had. We’d definitely come back. Thanks for everything!!

The place worked well for us. We only needed to stay one night and most places demand a multiple night stay. It was clean and comfortable.

I booked this trip last minute for a birthday trip/ Baby Moon for my older sister. We really enjoyed the nice view of the lake while also being pretty close to so many places. The area was very peaceful and quiet. Perfect for a family weekend getaway. The space was very clean. Everything was just as expected. Thanks Adrienne!

Mandi’s place was perfect for us. It was a bit chilly so we didn’t spend much time outside except to hang out at the bench at the end of the dock at day’s end. It was very peaceful. Everything we would need was in the cabin. When we asked for a couple of extras, they were delivered immediately. Lots of good restaurants in the area. And being right on the lake was amazing!

One of the nicest Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at! Easy to get to, lots of parking and extra amenities at the cabin. We kept finding more things are we’re impressed! The new deck area with the rope hammock was fun to lay on at night with the pillows and blanket. I enjoyed a coffee in the morning, and all the lights, remotes, and even the indoor projector were great touches! Full kitchen and great water pressure, fast WiFi and clean space was so nice! And my personal differentiator of a nice Airbnb - tissue box! This place checked all the boxes. Wish we could have stayed longer. Five stars!

This is the perfect get away. everything was perfect! plenty of space inside and the outdoor space is amazing! Cory communicated quickly and completely. we highly recommend!

Easy to communicate with the Host. Great cabin. Lake was full of fish and they supplied everything you needed to clean any thing you caught. The pontoon being available for rent was a game changer. Kids loved riding around and catching fish.

Super cute space located a perfect distance from the Cuyuna trails! We loved how it was outfitted and that Lindsay went the extra mile to ensure guests have access to things they might have forgotten or didn’t know they might need. We felt right at home.

Overall a nice place, very clean and no major issues. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils/ pots and pans. Linens were clean and even had a few extra blankets. Only 4 sets of towels but seeing you had laundry, this wasn't an issue. Finishes are builder basic, maybe a little better but work just fine for a cabin stay. Just know if you are staying in this clubhouse area, other guests have access to the building/common areas which are only separated by a basic glass interior door with a blind. The exercise room/common space shares a wall with the master bedroom so you can hear people coming and going to the hot tub/sauna. Not as private as you might like but if you know that going in or rent both cabins, not a huge deal. Neighborhood was quiet and only a 4 min drive to downtown Nisswa. Check out responsibilities are minimal and easy to follow with the provided guide. Overall it was a nice stay and Chad was very responsive. Wouldn't hesitate renting from Chad again. Thanks!

We had an amazing time at this lake house. Homey, peaceful atmosphere with great views. Great kitchen with good quality appliances and a stocked pantry. The beds were all very comfortable and the sheets were high quality. Excellent shower and soft towels too. We caught fish right off the dock too. We are already planning our next visit!

1. Favorite: The beds were super comfy… u will get a great night sleep any of the 4 beds that are here… we all loved it. The beds were amazing.. High-lights: 2. Good time snowmobiling and ice fishing on the lake. 3. Relaxing in the hot tub at 10pm, 20° outside with many stars in the sky…

Such a cute little space! It had everything we needed while staying. Pam and Rob did a great job of turning an old boathouse into a unique and fun space to stay. We would definitely stay again if we return to the Cross Lake area.

This is such a whimsical and charming cabin to stay in. The host provided wonderful communication before the stay and provided resources for recreational and dinning in the area. The property was clean and stocked with many comforts and necessities. Would recommend this for a family to enjoy or anyone looking for a charming getaway. Very recommended!

The cabin was beautiful - it had a lot of outdoor space, and the indoor space was also beautiful with a lot of different areas to hang out. It was fully equipped with everything we needed! We had 20 people and everyone felt comfortable.

Brian’s place was very clean and nice! Sauna, fire pit and hot tub were fantastic! Would love to come back again!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Kayleb's place. We really liked the location and how close it was to get to the water. The kids had fun swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding. The house was very clean and comfortable. Kayleb was extremely responsive and polite. Definitely recommend!

My Family found it very well equipped, a little bit of everything for everyone to do and participate in, very well organized, clean, well stocked, thank you very much, had a GREAT weekend, will do again!

Thalina’s house was very nice! The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was very nice! She responded quickly to any questions I had. She was very understanding when we had to check out early because of family matters.

This place was peaceful and comfortable. Very charming older home with a clean look. The only thing I would suggest is central air. There were plenty of fans and a air conditioner standing unit so we were comfortable but I think it could get stuffy in there in the later summer months 😀. We would 100% go back.

Absolutely loved this lakeside home. Saw so much wildlife (beavers, loons, caught lots of fish, and more!). Neighbors were kind and respectful. This area of the lake is tucked off to the side, maintaining a lot of privacy from boaters and other homes. We loved the sunsets and bonfires. The proximity to a large town with lots to do/shop made it easy to get whatever we’d need. Really cannot recommend this place enough as a downtown couple who wanted a peaceful, clean, homey lake getaway. We’ve already decided this will be our go to destination for cabin getaways moving forward!!!!

My family and I absolutely adored our time at this gorgeous lake home! They have everything you need and it’s immaculately taken care of. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. We loved having the lake so close to our back door and getting to enjoy the paddle board and kayaks. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!
