La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. Berrien has some beautiful countryside, such as Huelgoat forest and the paths of the Monts d'Arrée. Morlaix - 22km, Carnatec/Locquirec 38km

Small stone house (42 m²) adjoining that of the owner in a cul-de-sac and green setting between fields and forests, 10 km from Kerjean Castle, 9 km from Kérémma beaches, 15 km from Plouescat beaches, 17 km from Ménéham, 7 km from Folgoët where there is a Leclerc, a Lidl and 5 km from Lesneven where there are all amenities including the market every Monday from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm, 3 km from Lanhouarneau for Bakery, small grocery store. A multitude of hiking trails including the GR34.

Ideally located, the house is near Landerneau (contemporary art foundation, inhabited bridge) a few minutes from the VE connecting Brest to Rennes, you can travel to visit the tip of Finistère: the Crozon peninsula, the bay of Morlaix, Quimper, Brest... Independent entrance and veranda, outdoor socket for electric vehicle (7 euros per charge). Linens provided (sheets, towels, tea towels)

The house, refurbished in 2021, is fully equipped with new furniture and bedding. Bed linens and bath towels are available. Baby equipment upon request.

35 m² country cottage, for 2/3 people. The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen. In the living room, the sofa bed allows for sleeping. Upstairs, an atypical bedroom with its 1.50 m ceiling height on the mezzanine and its double bed accessed by a sliding staircase. Outside, a private terrace. Use of the washing machine is possible for weekly reservations only. Pets not allowed.
