We had a perfect week at Laëtitia's accommodation, nothing is missing and the decoration is great, you immediately feel at home. The cleanliness is impeccable, the ideal location to discover the region by bike, numerous trails and bike paths nearby. The terrace allows you to enjoy the outdoors in an intimate setting and nice garden furniture. We highly recommend this place for its great value and very good communication with the host.

Very good hosting from David, warm welcome. Impeccable accommodation, as described, very accessible for people with reduced mobility. Quiet, peaceful. Great restaurants not too far away. Address worth recommending!

We regularly use rental sites. This place is by far the cleanest (impeccable cleanliness) we have rented. Everything is well thought out, functional, the bedding, bed linen, decor are of beautiful quality. Our hosts are charming, available, responsive, in short everything is perfect. The accommodation is located in a recent subdivision, it is adjacent to the owners' house, but they are very respectful of each other's spaces. We highly recommend Marie's place, and would happily go back!

We had a great weekend for a bachelorette party. Everything was perfect! Aurelie is a quality host! Very attentive, responsive and welcoming! The house and I will even say the complex is a gem!! She was unanimous! Thank you so much Aurélie for offering this little gem! We'll definitely be back!!!!

Very nice accommodation, recent (so well insulated and in very good condition) and air-conditioned. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The downside is the parking, which is a little too narrow for a family car.

Christelle's place was excellent for our family of 4: clean, comfortable and very accessible to the center of town. Christelle personally welcomed us into the unit, and provided several helpful recommendations. We enjoyed the balcony for an afternoon "apéro" and coffee in the living room which faces a quiet courtyard. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. La Rochelle is a gem!

Yannick was very friendly and introduced me to the apartment in all details. Yannick was also always present with additional questions. The apartment is very comfortably furnished (my perception). A small suggestion, a constant hum can be heard from the bathroom. I myself have a little difficulty hearing, but it could be perceived as disturbing for someone else. Thanks again Yannick

Steven had decorated the place beautifully. Everything felt new and well looked after. Steven has thought of everything. Overall a great stay and the location was a nice walk into La Rochelle.

The apartment is great overall for family of 4. 1 large, but shared bathroom. No separate WC. Some age on the furnishings. Well laid out and had all housewares needed. Decor is curated. Excellent location. Friendly and accommodating host. (AC would have made this an even better stay. )

Our stay was short with a very busy schedule! That's why we only exchanged a few words with our hostess, but we instantly clicked! We also couldn't take advantage of the beautiful pool made available to us but it will be for another time.

We had a great time at Teddy's place. The apartment was spacious, equipped and nicely decorated. Close to all amenities. Teddy is very friendly, and gave us recommendations on the activities available in La Rochelle and its surroundings! The jacuzzi and terrace are a real plus!! I would recommend it 100%. Very nice stay in Sylvie's apartment, ideal location close to the old port, aquarium and many restaurants, the apartment is large and very clean, the parking is a big asset, we were able to enjoy La Rochelle on foot, the Hotel for the delivery of the keys is perfect, and Sylvie is very considerate, call before arrival, tips, etc. Great value for money in La Rochelle. We'll be back at Sylvie's!
