House vacation rentals in Saint-Maximin-la-Sainte-Baume

This was exactly the kind of holiday stay we were looking for. The heated pool made it possible to comfotably swim in April. The pool is beautiful, as is the garden; it’s really lovely to sit in. It also has a ping-pong table and a jeux-de-boulle court. The house is small, a but like a spacious motorhome - but, it is very well equiped and tastefully decorated. We especially appreciated the espressomachine and the filtered water tab. We can highly recommend it. Peaceful environment, close to highway, very nice hosts.

We were hosted very well, the environment is very quiet and relaxing. The coffee bean machine is a nice extra, it's a very valuable piece of equipment for us. The bioclimatic pergola allows you to stay outside at all hours. I would recommend Stephane's place

Our family of 5 had the most wonderful stay at this charming farmhouse on a quiet street near the village of Gordes. La Bastide des As is absolutely beautiful, blending rustic charm with chic decor and modern amenities. The house is spacious and cozy, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the lovely pool and outdoor dining areas- perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the surrounding villages. Sophie was truly amazing. She was incredibly attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and going out of her way to make our stay special. She sent us advance recommendations on activities, dining, vineyards and shopping. Her warm hospitality really added to the experience. It’s a lovely place for anyone looking to unwind in the heart of Provence—a perfect combination of tranquility and modern comforts. We can’t wait to return!

The house is beautifully situated in nature with great views of Lacoste. We felt very comfortable with the large family. The house is in great condition and very nice and tastefully decorated. Everything you need is available in the kitchen, etc. Julien is very helpful and always in touch. we'll be back for sure!

We spent 6 days in this amasing villa. All was great and as described in the offer. Didier and his wife are amasing hosts, very helpfull. I would recomend this place to everybody.

We have enjoyed this beautiful location with its great view for a week. A very spacious bedroom with views of the sea and the valley, every morning a party to wake up to. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need and more. Nearby, there is plenty to do and you can even walk (a bit of climbing) to the beautiful village of Bormes les Mimosas. Recommended to visit is 'jardin de rayol' and St Tropez is also well worth it. Rose-Marie and her husband are very nice people and make you feel at home. In short, recommended.

Great stay at this villa! Sabrina was available throughout the stay for our questions. Very nice house, very nice. The house is a 15-minute walk to the city center of Bormes (on a slope). The house is in a private cul-de-sac so we really enjoyed the quiet! To rent this house with small children, you have to keep in mind that it is not very suitable. Steps everywhere, no roller shutter for the pool (an alarm on the other hand is in place). We would highly recommend it!

Clothildes place is absolutely beautiful. very spacious, high ceilings, both bedrooms are huge. all decorated it a very tastefully way. we stayed there with our 2 kids, it fits 6 people with a bed in the attic. The village is tiny, there is 1 restaurant 5 min walk from the house which was very good. some of most beautiful towns are 3-20km drive away. the pool is small but was sufficient for kids and us to cool down in. The guide which Clothilde prepared was one of the best I have seen, we took it with us everywhere we went. book your restaurants in advance as those towns are small and most of the places run 1 service for lunch and dinner. Clothilde was an amazing host, handy where needed otherwise we were left to us. highly recommend this place!

Stunning property in a superb location with a very attentive host. The 2 parking spaces were an absolute bonus. Having 3 en suite bedrooms was a real treat and the layout of the house was fantastic. I highly recommend this property and will be back again.

We stayed at Simone's place for 5 nights. It was very relaxing and very nice and quiet. Thanks to the great guidebook, which the hosts have left on the listing, you have great tips for excursions and restaurants, even directly in Bras. We had a terrace right in front of the apartment where we had breakfast in the morning in the sun. Wonderful! Simone was very nice and accommodating and we felt at home at your place. We had a truly amazing stay at this accommodation and completely fell in love with the house, the garden, and the entire area. It’s located in a safe and quiet neighborhood in Marseille, and there are few places I’ve stayed where the reality is even more beautiful than the photos. It’s hard to put into words just how stunning the house and garden are. The home has been lovingly renovated, and you can really tell that every piece of furniture and detail was chosen with care and great taste. Each room has its own unique charm, the kitchen is modern and perfectly equipped for cooking, and the garden even has a small pool and shower where you can refresh. Penelope was a wonderful host – always available, incredibly helpful, and full of great local tips. If you appreciate thoughtful design, attention to detail, high-quality amenities, proximity to the sea, and cozy evenings in the garden, this is the perfect place for you.

Herve's place was absolutely incredible. Our only regret was that we did not book it for longer! Herve was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. He was so kind and warm, and we were glad we got to interact with him throughout our stay. Herve greeted us when we arrived, was responsive with recommendations throughout our stay, and even helped us get a reservation at an incredible restaurant he recommended in town. The airbnb is clean, peaceful, and full of everything we needed; we were able to cook a few meals, and ate out on the lovely terrace. The swimming pool on the property was huge and surrounded by the beautiful grounds on the property. We felt incredibly at home here. The towns nearby are so picturesque and full of beautiful places to explore and incredible restaurants/cafes. It was a far trip for us, coming from New York, but we will do what we can to come back to this lovely home! Wish we could give it 10 stars!!

Simon and Katya where amazing hosts. Very friendly and always available if needed. Checkin was super easy and smooth. The pictures did not do the place justice, it was much nicer in person. Very clean and comfortable. The home was well equipped with the basics needed. Location was ideal just 15 minutes from st tropez and 15 minutes to the beach’s yet the home was quiet and peaceful with nature. I would highly recommend staying here. Easley a 10/10 experience.

Exceeded expectations. Coffee machine was also excellent. The home really has a heart and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a peacful retreat that feels great for the soul. Kitchen was well equipped and bedrooms were hotel standard. You can tell alot of love and time has been put into the furnishing and decor. Landscaping surrounds were a joy to explore, enjoyed sun bathing, a little ping pong, walking amoungst the trees with the family, exploring the orchard and lavender field followed by Rose and movie nights in the extremely comfortable living room. Ellen and Aries were incredible hosts.

The house was in immaculate condition perfectly clean, beautifully furnished, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It felt like a peaceful haven in the heart of Provence. Anaïs was an exceptional host. She warmly welcomed us in person, gave us a full tour of the property, and shared helpful tips about how everything worked. She also went out of her way to help us plan our stay, answering all our questions and offering fantastic suggestions that shaped a perfect itinerary. What truly stood out was her kindness and attention to detail even at check-out, she made sure everything went smoothly and surprised us with a thoughtful parting gift. We had a beautiful stay at Christian and Anne’s place. We travelled with two couples, a toddler and a baby and the space was great for us. Ansouis is a quiet village with a great bakery and restaurant but within close driving distance of other villages to explore too! The pool was a great addition and we enjoyed dining in the outdoor space. Christian and Anne were really responsive with all communications and super flexible with check in and out! Thanks for sharing your place with us, we would love to return one day!

Wonderful, modern property. Generously proportioned living and kitchen space, large bed and shower. Outdoor seating and dining area is really pleasant. Well located for visiting the hilltop villages in the area but is in a private position with easy access.

The place was exactly as wonderful as it looked on the photos. I loved the kitchen equipment and that there was lots of spare plates and cutlery. The pool was wonderful.
