Great spot to stay in the Ardeche! The house is clean and well located between Ruoms and labeume - which are both beautiful! There’s also amazing walks and river swimming spots within 5 mins walk. The house is modern and very clean and comfortable. You could not ask for more from an Airbnb host - Cathy was responsive and very pleasant to communicate with

We truly enjoyed our stay, a perfect location to unwind and immerse yourself in nature. It was a nice surprise to find so many animals: a horse, super cute dogs and a cat. The garden is beautiful, you can walk around, go down to the river, enjoy quietness and pure nature all around. The road to the location is also very nice - like a hidden path through nature. It’s definitely a place to come back to, with an amazing energy. Even two nights restore you fully and feels like you stayed much longer than this. Not to mention a stylish and tastefully decorated house. You can find all you need. Amazing both side terraces - to enjoy a morning sun and a sunset.

I would recommend this clean and super well-equipped accommodation in a beautiful and peaceful wine-growing environment close to the Ardèche. The accommodation's almost private pool is available for more rest. Feeding the chickens with our food scraps and other peelings or playing with our hosts' dog was a real pleasure. Balazuc is a beautiful medieval village accessible with a hiking trail, it also has a fossil museum. There are other activities nearby: Canoeing next door; Vallon Pont d'Arc, Escape Game in the forest and the Chauvet Cave 2 to 30 min. We had a great family vacation (parents 55 years old, children 22 and 27 years old) Would be great for younger children.

We came for 2 days for work and had a wonderful stay at Véronique's. The house is beautiful, very clean, spacious, well-equipped, and it is located in a beautiful setting, we can reach the village of Balazuc on foot. Véronique was flexible for our organization and always responsive and pleasant during our exchanges. We highly recommend it, thank you Véronique!

Great stay with friends or young and old had a great time! Very beautiful spaces, charm and taste! We could easily have stayed there the whole stay, we felt so good in this house! Very pleasant and safe swimming pool for children, we enjoyed it 😃😃

Due to personal circumstances we had to rearrange this holiday 2 times, of which Remy was very understanding. We booked the villa based on how well the photos looked but were really not ready for just how much better the place was in reality! Le Magnanerie is tucked quietly away in a totally idyllic spot in a gorgeous old French hamlet, boasting the most impressive westerly views across the private pool of the Cévennes, with stunning sunsets. The covered outside area is spacious and perfect to escape the direct summer sun, and the thick stone building is naturally cool. Comfortably set over 3 pretty floors with portable air conditioning in the loft bedroom area. Kids bunk beds are perfectly placed and even though everything is wooden, nothing creaks. Local agent Deborah was very helpful and after driving from the UK, we were pleasantly surprised to have had our best family holiday to date here! We rarely return to holiday destinations, however we will certainly be coming back. Merci

We had a great time, the setting is beautiful with a beautiful view and tranquility, the accommodation is perfect and well decorated, we enjoyed the plancha, the jacuzzi and the pool. The host is super responsive to any requests. i highly recommend this place.

Very large and pleasant house for large groups. Everything comes together for a good time. Too bad there was only one fridge out of the two that worked.

We had a great time at Clos des Flogères in Ardèche, in Catherine's Tiny House. The welcome was warm, the setting very nice, and the accommodation perfectly clean and comfortable. Breakfast, hearty, was a real treat every morning. Catherine is a thoughtful host and always gives very good advice, whether for activities, visits, good places to shop or discover local specialties. It was also very nice to talk with her about many topics — a real human plus in this stay. Thanks also to her husband Jean-Luc for his kindness: more discreet, but very smiling and very kind. For those who want to know more, hosts provide a lot of useful information online. In addition to the Tiny House, they also offer two guest rooms, ideal if you are traveling with more than two people. We highly recommend and hope to return.

I recommend it without hesitating! Incredibly large accommodation, an equally large and beautiful outdoor area! What a joy to have been able to spend our vacation here, our most beautiful vacation home compared to everything we have rented in the past! We had a great night at Simone's place. It went very well. The neighborhood is quiet, which is very nice, and we were able to enjoy the pool, perfect for relaxing after a day strolling through the streets of Montélimar. The apartment was clean, functional and well-equipped, with everything you need. Simone welcomed us very warmly. We recommend it without hesitation!

We had a great time in a beautiful house, very clean and surrounded by a nice garden. The location is ideal for exploring Labeaume and the dolmens on foot. Hélène, our hostess, was very welcoming, available and pleasant in our exchanges. We felt very welcomed and would happily recommend this place!

What a beautiful home and location. The house is in a cluster of stone homes in this spectacular hill town. Cobblestone paths, beautiful gardens and ancient architecture and history. Pierre was helpful in carting our suitcases through what looks like a Harry Potter village up to our very modern, comfortable house. A unique Provence experience.

Very nice accommodation with everything we needed and special touches like coffee, dishwasher pods...). Very clean, impeccable bedding. Located in a quiet area surrounded by greenery. Christine and Franck have good tips and are very responsive. I recommend this place!!

A perfect little house to escape to! Ideally located in the Cévennes, super quiet, tastefully decorated and well-equipped. With a swimming pool and beautiful pétanque court… And available, responsive and very friendly hosts!

Excellent two week stay in Olivier’s lovely apartment. Beautifully renovated to give a great mix of modern and character. The stone walls are beautiful. Overall very spacious - two large bedrooms and two lovely bathrooms. Kitchen dining area enormous. Jacuzzi and roof terrace a bonus. There are lots of stairs as noted but very manageable. There is great safe and accessible bike storage and riding from the front door fabulous. Oliver was very responsive both before and after booking and check in. On request supplied us with a filter coffee machine. Barjac is a charming village close to the Ardeche and Cèze rivers for all manner of outdoor activities. Overall a fabulous stay, well recommended. Emmanuelle is a very nice, attentive, responsive and friendly host. The accommodation offered is well furnished, the orientation is well thought out and the air conditioning is a good point for this region where it can quickly get too hot. There is a very large selection of activities and Emmanuelle was able to advise us and we validate her recommendations. We'll be happy to go back

Had a nice stay! Everything neat and as described and as in the pictures. I didn't want to be in the hustle and bustle and a day of Pont D'Arc is easy to do in 40 min. Beautiful area everything close by and a nice host!

We had a pleasant family stay at Philippe's house. The environment is very peaceful and pleasant. The equipment in the house is perfect, nothing is missing. The pool is lovely.
