Apartment with terrace, in the heart of the medieval village of Balazuc, label "most beautiful villages in France". Ideal for 2 people. In a stone house (that of my ancestors), whose foundations are from the 13th century. I have just completed the complete renovation. The rental allows me to finance the rest. My place is close to the Ardèche River. You will appreciate it for the view, decoration and pebble alleys. In the summer, I prefer week-long stays from Saturday to Saturday.

The 45 m2 house where you will stay is attached to our main holiday home ( which we will be absent when you come to leave you the entire outdoor terrace area) . It is a short walk to the Ardèche River. The village of Lanas is very pleasant to stay in and we are not tired of coming as the setting is soothing and the many activities (swimming, canoeing,hiking, remarkable natural sites, labeled villages...) No doubt you will feel good about it!
