Fantastic week stay at Julian and Jude’s cottage. Communication was excellent. We received a lovely warm welcome and that continued throughout the stay with suggestions and recommendations of places to visit and see. We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities, the hot tub and pool were absolutely excellent in a superb location. Thank you ever so much Julian and Jude, all the best for a relaxing retirement! X

Very nice accommodation in the heart of nature. The pool-jacuzzi area is a real plus with a great view. Beautiful touches from Annie who lives right next door but a little out of the way (juice jams and bouquets of fresh flowers in many rooms). The house lacks a little insulation, but with friends it didn't bother us. Many corners in various places inside and outside to chat or isolate yourself with a stove and fire pit - in short a beautiful place for a stay for families or friends.

Very nice and efficient house. We enjoyed the different floors and even the small TV floor upstairs with a few games and books for children. Very cozy. The The neighborhood is very central. Thank you!

Valerie and Manu are very welcoming hosts, we had a great aperitif with them , we had a great time. They're nice, very available. Thanks again for our stay. The setting is very quiet, there is a nice viewpoint right next to their home.

Very well-equipped cottage, in an old outbuilding renovated with great taste. The hostess provides a perfect welcome, she is full of good tips for visiting the area. Recommended without hesitation.

Paul and Elen were very welcoming hosts The estate is vast and beautiful. We were able to fully enjoy the pool. The accommodation is very well equipped. There is also a barbecue available. Sally and Tony's cottage is a haven of peace, it feels very good. The garden is quiet and very pleasant with beautiful vegetation, roses, honeysuckles, clematis..., ideal for lunch, dinner or rest. The house is charming and very well-equipped, the rooms are very spacious and the bedding is very good. We had a lovely family weekend of ascension with very beautiful and interesting discoveries of towns, villages and castles in the surrounding area, Loches, Montrésor, Chédigny, Montpoupon. And the icing on the cake, after our day of sightseeing, we were able to enjoy the beautiful pool to relax and refresh ourselves. Thank you, Sally and Tony, for this lovely break. Murielle and Co

Pleasant stay, nice, quiet, relaxing environment. We enjoyed the pool, well secured for children. The villa is well equipped, very nice. We had a good stay and our host Frédéric is welcoming and the area is nice.

We had a lovely stay at Françoise's! At a time of high heat but the stone house stays cool which is perfect, a very pleasant swimming pool in a peaceful setting. Françoise and her husband offered us many fruits and vegetables from their garden as well as bakery specialties, friendly hosts as we would like to meet more often!

The Moulin du Petit Balabran is the perfect place to rest, disconnect and enjoy nature. It's a privilege to be able to enjoy such a beautiful setting! The house is well-equipped, no TV or internet but beautiful walks to take in the surrounding area (the house of the Brenne park in Rosnay, Chateau Guillaume in Lignac, the restaurant "le Léon"...). arrival and departure in complete independence, we did not meet the hosts but Celestine with whom we communicated was very available, responsive, kind and gave good advice. I would recommend it without so much as a second thought and will happily go back!

A big thank you to Danielle and her son for their hospitality, kindness and advice for our visit to Beauval Zoo! We recommend the place if you want to go green it's ideal, the pool was refreshing which we enjoyed with the sunny weather. The wifi didn't work well in the house but very well outside. Thanks again, we won't hesitate to come back if we're in the area again.

We rented both the Nikishi and Rheum apartments for our stay and loved both spaces! The apartments are beautifully decorated and you will find comfortable, quality bedding and linens, as well as nice additional amenities like quality coffee and tea. Every aspect of the apartments were handles with care and creativity. Valerie is a truly wonderful host, so very thoughtful and welcoming, and the property could not be more beautiful and peaceful. You could spend hours wandering the grounds and enjoying a cup of tea and a book. There is much to explore within a hour drive of the property, from beautiful Chateau to extraordinary villages with delicious food. My family cannot recommend this property and Valerie enough! We will be back!

Quality stay between idleness, quiet and good atmosphere. Corinne and Paulo made us feel at home, a sunny welcome and sharing of common areas as if we were old friends. The setting and the house are beautiful. Recommended!

Patrick is a gracious host who greets you up on arrival in order to show you the amenities and how everything works. The property itself is lovely and the living spaces are all very clean, roomy and well decorated. Kitchen is well supplied with everything needed for cooking. The swimming pool, which we used in mid-May was special treat, warm and has a lovely view of chapel and town in the distance. There is but one thing which does not come across in the description of this space, which is that only one bedroom adjoins the living/dining/kitchen space. The 2nd bedroom is accessed via the 1st bedroom... or through the outside walkway, which in our case worked just fine with the lovely weather we had. May not be an issue if you are with your children, but with my in-laws this would have been very inconvenient if the weather was bad. So, other than that I can highly recommend Patricks place for a wonderfully cozy stay in beautiful French countryside close to numerous chateau.

I booked the accommodation for my family, who were on a road trip. It was a fascinating and enjoyable experience for them! A large place for the car, large space, furnished kitchen, very quiet and green area. I recommend it for those who want to visit nearby places by car (such as Bourges, for example) and find a quiet and peaceful shelter. I thank Giovanna and her family for a truly wonderful welcome! We stayed here for a week with a group of 12 and found the home to be perfectly sized. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out if wanted and still enough spaces for us all to come together. The grounds and area in general are stunning and very peaceful. You absolutely need a car to get around to anything. The nearest towns are small and charming and Tours is only about 40min away. It's important to note the second floor has 2 showers, so the bedrooms with the single beds (pink and green) must share with the turquoise room, or walk through the blue room to use theirs. The water is hot but the top floor has low pressure if anyone else is showering. The house and furnishings show their age but it's very comfortable and charming. All of Pierre's recommendations were lovely - we did the carriage ride and hired a private chef (Morgan) both with great success. I would definitely recommend the stay again it was such a relaxing week and a great hub to all the Loire chateaux.

Second time in this accommodation: we again enjoyed the calm and tranquility of the place. The accommodation is very good, clean and pretty. It's a really peaceful house where you can find everything you need for a pleasant stay. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped, books, games, a stove to warm up. The decor is cute . The pool is well heated and large. The garden is beautiful!! Very well maintained and there is an enchanted atmosphere with animals and water points. Our kids loved the little barge and my son is more than delighted to have been able to fish. Thank you for hosting us and for your kindness. We want to come back next time.
