Family-friendly vacation rentals in Centre-Val de Loire

We had a great time at Pascal and Sandrine's place. The services offered were great. A five out of five for the exceptional quality of the bedding. I will gladly recommend this cottage to all my loved ones. And of course the little surprise on Sunday morning for breakfast. Thanks to Pascal and Sandrine for this pleasant weekend.

Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

We really enjoyed our weekend in this atypical house, full of charm as well as the availability and kindness of Francis who welcomed us for the key handover.

Pleasant cottage, located in a very nice setting, quiet. The decoration of the outbuilding with jacuzzi is full of charm. The cottage is attached to the host's house, with a shared garden. It's a shame that this is not specified in the listing. We had a nice evening, thank you.

This country guest home is a great setting to relax, and rest after a full day of sightseeing and traveling. Valerie received us and explained well the home set up and answered any questions. The Jacuzzi was a big plus and we had relaxing meals in the back patio and used the grill while accompanied by the curious lambs and chickens roaming free but separate from our space, adding to the wonderful feeling of connecting with your surroundings, we didn’t access the river but you have the option to kayak if thats your thing. highly recommend.

We had a great time at Christophe's place. Everything was perfect: the welcome, the cleanliness, the location to visit the castles of the Loire and the amenities (especially those for our baby as if we were at home and the hot tub that allowed us to rest well)! We recommend it without hesitation!

We had a great time, I was a little apprehensive about the fact that the accommodation was on the owners' property and frankly 10/10 the hosts were very responsive, discreet, everything was thought of as it should be, we were able to enjoy the whole garden and a small area with the minimum of overlooking was available, the pool water was very good. We'll be back. 🙂

This was the most beautiful Airbnb house I have ever rented – hands down. Dominique was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the entire stay felt like a pure vacation dream. The house is located in one of the most stunning regions I’ve ever seen – the landscape, the view, the garden, everything is just magical. The kitchen, the interior design, every little detail – it’s like stepping into another world. I’ve truly never seen anything this beautiful. As mentioned in the description, the pool was cold, but having a pool like this is such a gift – we used it every single day and loved it. Everything was simply perfect and dreamy. I can only recommend this place to everyone – and I’ll definitely come back!

We (two families) with two children (1 & 2 years) were at Mehdi's home. We loved it and it was also child-friendly. It is a great location and we don't even need to talk about the view. Thank you for everything 🥰 A little tip, one more trash can in the bathroom would be great 😉

a real slice of heaven with plenty of things to do on site. the calm was in order and we were lucky enough to enjoy the sun and the beautiful outdoors.

Nicole and Jean-Jacques were very attentive hosts who even spoiled us with a bottle of Pouilly Fumé, cherries, croissants and an aperitif to say goodbye. Despite their warm hospitality, they have always respected our privacy. The duplex has everything the vacationer wants. Kitchen, bathroom, TV, parking on the property, storage of bicycles in the shed, everything great! The absolute tranquility should also be emphasized. There is absolutely nothing to fault. We stayed here for a week with a group of 12 and found the home to be perfectly sized. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out if wanted and still enough spaces for us all to come together. The grounds and area in general are stunning and very peaceful. You absolutely need a car to get around to anything. The nearest towns are small and charming and Tours is only about 40min away. It's important to note the second floor has 2 showers, so the bedrooms with the single beds (pink and green) must share with the turquoise room, or walk through the blue room to use theirs. The water is hot but the top floor has low pressure if anyone else is showering. The house and furnishings show their age but it's very comfortable and charming. All of Pierre's recommendations were lovely - we did the carriage ride and hired a private chef (Morgan) both with great success. I would definitely recommend the stay again it was such a relaxing week and a great hub to all the Loire chateaux.

A lovely apartment exactly as advertised. Watching the TE sparkle nightly enchanted us! Communication was friendly and immediate, the neighborhood lively and walkable. We would love to return—the proximity to the Tower has spoiled us!

We loved every second of our stay, the property is beautiful inside and out. Eliane and Christoph were there to greet us and walk us around the home, showing us how everything worked! They left us with some wonderful local wine and cheese which we all enjoyed of an evening. The surrounding countryside and gardens are stunning with plenty of wild flowers and birds, also very peaceful! We very much look forward to visiting Eliane and Christoph again in the near future.

Great stay under the sun. The pool and large outdoor table are great. The kids had everything they needed to have fun. The hens had little chicks during our stay to the delight of the children. I highly recommend this listing There are also many tours and walks to do nearby.

A perfect stay at Karinne's! The accommodation is impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, warm and comfortable. Karinne is a very welcoming, caring and friendly host, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The environment is beautiful: surrounded by greenery, quiet and peaceful, with the presence of animals that add a touch of serenity. A real haven of peace, highly recommend!

Really great stay. A host who answers all the questions you might have in advance. Super detailed instructions and tips that make the stay as easy as possible. Airbnb is REALLY designed for the customer. Hypoallergenic dishwashing liquid to suit EVERYONE, small tupperwares available for those who wish to take a snack with them and so on. Very friendly and responsive host. Special mention for Chipo, who was a quality neighbor during our stay!

We had a great time at this beautiful old mill. The place is very peaceful and superb. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Large swimming pool to relax after a bike ride along the Loire. Excellent welcome from Frédéric. We recommend this place.

I had a lovely stay at this place in the middle of the forest. It's ideal for disconnecting and enjoying the calm. Accommodation is as described, clean and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The environment is nice, with beautiful outdoor spaces to relax. The hosts are welcoming and discreet, which allows you to fully enjoy the place with peace of mind. A good place for those looking for a bit of rest and nature.

We had a wonderful stay at Michel's. One of the best Airbnb Airbnb is one of my best Airbnb. The house is spacious, very well decorated, comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped. The garden is huge and beautifully maintained, it feels peaceful and we were also able to enjoy the large terrace, hammocks, deckchairs and the pool. There is a private car park for the car. The city center is a 3-minute drive and there are 2 large supermarkets just nearby. The area is beautiful and worth a visit. Michel welcomed us very warmly and was a perfect host. We'll get back to him as soon as we can.

A paradise! Wonderful terrace on the edge of the forest, where we ate meals. A beautiful well-maintained pool invited you to swim. Jasmine scent and flowering perennials as well as a vegetable garden are on the premises. Evelyn and Pierre were warm and always approachable hosts. Horses, dogs and chickens keep company on the old roses over sown property. Would love to come again.
