Little Owl Cottage

Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Both villages are less than 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

Farmhouse - Périgord vert - Dordogne

A 105 m² single-storey cottage with no stairs, surrounded by nature and featuring a private pond. Fully independent, it can accommodate up to 8 people and includes a garden and a sunny terrace. The pool on our terrace is round (3.70 m, h 76 cm), made of plastic, Intex brand. A new pool will be built starting in May and finished in summer as planned. We welcome you in a warm and peaceful setting, ideal for relaxing with family, friends, or simply enjoying some quiet time alone.

Our estate of 14 hectares of garden, meadows and forests, with 2.4 km of landscaped paths will welcome you to Périgord Vert. You will find 2 cottages, 1 of which is perfect for two people. 180 x 200 king size bed. Beautiful fully-equipped living room. Walk-in shower. Large west-facing terrace, with garden furniture and dining table. Direct access to the large heated pool in season. Bathrobes and towels will accompany you to the spa (jacuzzi and sauna). On the ground floor: Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine and filter, American fridge...), dining room, living room with large fireplace, large office, 1 double bedroom, shower room and 1 toilet. Upstairs: 5 double bedrooms + 1 dormitory with 8 beds, 2 bathrooms

Small cottage (classified 3 ***), isolated in the countryside, very cool with its 80 cm stone walls, equipped for 2, 4, or even 6 people in a small quiet village of Limousin. Single-story and adjoining our house, with a fenced garden. From October 1 to May 1, a flat rate of €15/night is required for electric heating, to be paid upon arrival. Check-in time is from 5 p.m. and check-out time is before 10 a.m. However, we remain flexible on these schedules. Animals allowed.
