La Berthusie is situated at the edge of Cussac a village in the Perigord/ limousine nature reserve. Peaceful and spacious it can easily host a family of 8 and more if needed. The house is surrounded by a vast garden, fruit trees, a chestnut orchard and a lovely pond. The village supermarket is a short walking distance from the house and so are the boulangerie, a cafe- restaurant/ pharmacie and the weekly market square. Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries.
