Our gite is a charming stone house tastefully restored with the traditional French Style, in the heart of the countyside, surrounded by woods and field of the Natural Park of Périgord Limousin (30 km from Brantome). This location is perfect for nature lovers : walks, biking, canoeing on the Dronne, swimming in lakes (Saint Estephe, Saint Mathieu ...) river fishing and autumn harvest ceps. We will also give you some information as days of local market and places to visit because there are an abundance of medieval and renaissance villages and hamlets to explore within the region. Classified 4 stars, the house can accommodate up to 10 people and includes: - A large living room of 50 m² very friendly with fully equipped kitchen, farmhouse table and lounge around an authentic fireplace. - A bedroom / office (1 double bed) - A bathroom with 1 sink, 1 bubble bath, 1 shower and 1 toilet. - First floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed), and 1 loft (1 double bed, 1 single bed and 1 sofa) Outside: 1 terrace with garden furniture, barbecue Facilities: cot and high chair, 2 adult bikes

Joli gîte 2 ch, 2 à 4 pers (voire 6), jardin fermé

Petit gite (classé 3 ***), isolé à la campagne, très frais avec ses murs en pierres de 80 cm, équipé pour 2, 4, voire 6 personnes dans un petit village tranquille du Limousin. De plain-pied et mitoyen avec notre maison, avec un jardin clôturé. Du 1er octobre au 1er mai, un forfait de 15 €/ nuit est demandé pour le chauffage électrique, à régler à votre arrivée. Heures d'arrivée : à partir de 17 h et de départ : avant 10 h. Nous restons toutefois flexibles sur ces horaires. Animaux acceptés.

Composée d’une cuisine équipée (four, réfrigérateur congélateur, bouilloire, micro-onde, grille-pain, cafetière (tassimo) ainsi que plusieurs petits électroménagers), table avec rallonge. Salle d’eau. Toilettes. Grand séjour avec canapé convertible. 2 chambres (1 avec lit double, 1 avec lit double + lit simple). Une buanderie. Terrasse sur le grand jardin sans vis à vis. Matériel bébé.

Charming little mill from the early 19th century located in the heart of the Périgord Vert. A true haven of peace by the river "Le Bandiat" for lovers of fishing and nature. Hiking trails from the mill. Enclosed 2000 m² plot, wooded with terraces, a small outbuilding where you can store your bikes. A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF 500 EUROS WILL BE REQUESTED UPON ARRIVAL and will be returned to you if there has been no damage and the cleaning has been done. Pets allowed upon request 🐕

Welcome to Moulin Monjonc! Coming to the Monjonc mill will be synonymous with relaxation, calm, zen... Already hear the sound of the water, the birds chirping?! Can you already see yourself basking in the sun, going from stone to stone on the Glane, trying to fish (1st category), bubbling in the jacuzzi, or simply doing nothing? Perfect! Rest assured! Any civilization will still be nearby (5 minutes from different shops)! So, when are you coming?! See you soon!

Imaginez vous vous détendre dans un jacuzzi privé, entouré de nature, loin du bruit et de l'agitation quotidienne. Avec des équipements modernes et une ambiance chaleureuse, c'est l'endroit idéal pour se ressourcer et profiter d'un séjour inoubliable en toute tranquillité.

Magnifique gîte tout confort, jacuzzi, Brantôme

Le gîte "La Petite Maison", meublé de tourisme 3 étoiles, où il est bon de passer du temps. Situé en pleine nature, au cœur du Périgord Vert, à seulement 3 min de Brantôme. Vous apprécierez y séjourner pour son confort et sa quiétude, avec sa terrasse exposée Sud-Est, son jacuzzi et son jardin (non clos). À NOTER : Jacuzzi inclus pour toutes locations entre le 1er mai et le 30 septembre. En dehors de cette période le jacuzzi est en supplément, sur demande.

Gîte chaleureux + piscine - 4 personnes

Charmant petit cottage pour 4 personnes, bien équipé dans une nature préservée - comprenant une cuisine/salle à manger niveau cave, salon au rez de chaussée avec 2 canapés + écran et à l'étage 2 chambres doubles et une salle d'eau. Endroit idéal pour se ressourcer...mais si vous ne pouvez pas lâcher votre ordinateur, pas de panique, vous avez accès à la wi-fi! Espace parking devant le gîte et à deux pas, usage de la piscine de sel (9m x 4m) partagée.
