Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Saint Mary

Wonderful villa, beautiful views, gorgeous pool, lots of space, nicely furnished, beautifully clean, very well kitted out. Had a few issues at beginning but hosts v responsive and keen to sort quickly. Would have been great to have an information booklet / folder with practical info about the villa but also recommendations / opinions about restaurants, beaches, excursions etc. The hosts were very helpful - but just useful to have this kind of thing in any accommodation you stay in. It was a shame about the construction noise - beyond their control I know. Mainly it was in the distance but sometimes it was enough to send us to the beach rather than relaxing at the villa. In the main though a wonderful villa which we all enjoyed being in and particularly the beautiful views during the day and at sunset 🌅 - thank you Patrick and the team for all your help.

We stayed for 4 weeks at Franz & Korin's Villa. It had everything we needed to enjoy a wonderful time in Jolly Harbour. Franz was excellent at communicating with us and provided us with information before arriving and during our stay. He set up our driver, Randi who is awesome, for transport. The condo was spacious and was enjoyed by us and our friends. Bedrooms were large with bathrooms in each. The kitchen has all the utensils and pots you will need to cook. We used their covered deck a lot for eating and relaxing. We loved being on the water and were lucky they had two stand-up paddle boards. We took leave from the deck to paddle the harbour. Franz organized a golf cart which you will need if you don't have a car. We loved the location of the villa. It was 5 minutes from North Beach. A beautiful beach to do yoga, swim, paddle, and watch sunsets. Thank you Franz & Korin. As we say in French, jusqu'à la prochaine fois! Until next time!

We had a wonderful stay in Antigua, and Loura was an exceptional host. She was very responsive and attentive to our needs. When one of our kids got sick, she helped arrange for a private doctor to visit the Airbnb, which we truly appreciated. The home itself was very nice—clean, comfortable, with a great kitchen, a spacious shower, and a lovely backyard. The gated entrance and fenced property also added an extra sense of security, especially with kids. Loura also provided portable toddler/infant beds, making it perfect for families. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Absolutely perfect stay! My wife, two kids, and I had an amazing time at Elena’s villa. The place was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Elena went above and beyond—even having basic groceries waiting for us when we arrived, which was such a thoughtful touch after a long trip. Anytime we needed anything, she was quick to respond and incredibly helpful. The location is unbeatable—just a few steps from a beautiful, quiet beach. The AC in every room was a huge bonus, especially after hot days at the beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and would love to return

Beautiful home, very private, less than 5 minutes from the beach (walk one block), and the beach itself feels almost private -- no crowds, barely anyone when we were there. If you are looking for a 5-star luxury hotel, this isn't it. But if you are looking for privacy, relaxation, and enough room to fit a family or a group of friends then Marsha's home could be just what you want. Jolly beach (and its supermarket and restaurants) is 15 minutes away by car. English Harbour is about 40 minutes away. Definitely rent a car (you can park in the gated driveway). Side note here -- driving in Antigua can be a bit annoying: roads are narrow, no shoulders, no markings, and full of potholes, so stay sharp. Drivers are super nice, however, and will always move to let you pass. Back to the house, you have everything there that you actually need. Sheryl was very prompt and super helpful with all the questions we had!

Location was great, with an amazing view of the boats. Communication was good. Tatanya contacted us early to explain the construction situation, she was upfront and honest. Hazel (property manager) continued to keep in touch and to ensure all was satisfactory. Hazel was a great source of information and was always reachable. We had a new barbeque and used it lots, as we sat outside to eat most suppers. Condo has everything you need. The grocery store is nearby, however we had a car rental which made it really easy, as we went through a lot of drinking water. There are two vegetable / fruit stands outside the grocery store, which has local options. Restaurants are nearby if you choose. Jolly Beach turned out to be one of our favorite beaches, walk is approx 5 minutes from condo. Thanks for the great experience of Antigua!

We were not even there 5min and my SO had her phone out planning a return stay for next year with family. That’s how nice this place is. From the first minute in the villa to the last minute of our stay, everything was awesome. Everything needed for a truly comfortable stay is there. Now I know why there are so many great reviews. GT

Best vacation ever A slice of paradise Our stay at this beautiful villa in Jolly Harbour was amazing The villa was spotless modern and fully equipped with all the tech bells and whistles thanks to the incredible care from Leslie and Keith Everything was clean accessible and thoughtfully arranged The location was unbeatable The beach was stunning just steps away and the dock was perfect for renting a boat to explore the island We celebrated our son's 10th birthday here and it was a memory we will cherish forever The secure gated community gave us peace of mind and we loved the amenities There is a gym across the street and a 9 hole golf course nearby I even enjoyed a round of golf with my son which was a highlight Ita the property manager was excellent always available and quick to respond to all our questions Her support made everything seamless

Centrally located on the island so easily accessible to many places. The apartment was compact but perfect for two people with many thoughtful touches such as coffee, milk, some breakfast items and bathroom/cleaning products which was much appreciated! The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed looking at the art in the garden and studio. The verandah and the comfy bed was a real highlight for us and was very nice to have apple TV with Netflix available. If you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs as the place is near a busy road with traffic starting early.

This place is a hidden gem. Darryl and Daff are extremely kind and interesting hosts. Their stories about the island, the people and the culture are very insightful and make the exploration of the island much more interesting. The location is the best possible one on the island : we had access to all the best beaches , just in close distance. Watching the blue water and the sunset from the balcony was our favorite part. We were having coffee in the morning while watching the humming birds flying around the blooming flowers in front of the balcony. The house has everything that we needed and even more: the beach beds, the snorkeling gears.. they have thought of every detail to make our stay easy and enjoyable. It was one of the best places that we have stayed so far. Thank you, guys. We will be back.

My group & I enjoyed our stay at jolly harbour hosted by amy & iris! the place was spacious for the four of us and was equipped with the essentials for our trip! beautiful walkout dock/balcony as well! amy was responsive throughout the trip and check in & out was a breeze!! location was also great as there was many delicious restaurants within walking distance or even by car, still quite central to st. john’s and other great spots. thanks again!!!

Noel and Joyce were absolutely wonderful hosts. Very welcoming and made us feel at home. We stayed for 10 days and had a mid stay cleaning service The house is gorgeous with large bedrooms and excellent areas for hosting. The views of the surrounding area make for beautiful sunsets. Would recommend having a car in this area as it is central to the island and allows for exploration.

I am so glad I chose to stay here. The apartment was easily accessible and only had a short flight of stairs to get to the front door. The location is perfect. There is a supermarket at most 10 minutes walk and the nearest beach is 10-15 min away depending on how quick you walk. There are other beaches like Valley Church and Ffryes that are a 20 and 30 min walk. You are also a short 5 minte walk to 3 bus stops to go into town or to the othe beaches. The bedrooms were spacious, clean and it was great to have 2 bathrooms. There is air conditioning for each room so you can set it to your comfort level. The kitchen has all of the basics and we made breakfast most mornings before heading out. The apartment is decorated nicely and you really feel at home. Silvia was wonderful and told us useful information and recommedations. We rented a golf cart to get around and the apartment has parking right in front which was really convenient. I loved staying here and can't wait to return.

We enjoyed our stay. I would recommend renting a vehicle, if you can so that you can get around. Taxi prices definitely add up fast. The gated parking spot is a huge plus. The apartment is located on a busy main road coming in and out with a vehicle and even crossing the road took a bit of patience. There is a shop right across the street that sold things like beverages, chips, cookies ice cream etc. There were a few places walking distance away that sold hot foods. The two that we found were fast food options and they were named Maribels Restaurant and Dannys Pizza. They both sold things like pizza, burgers, shawarmas etc. The air conditioning worked really well and also the washer and dryer was so convenient. Mark the co host was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had.

We had great time visiting Antigua and would definitely recommend this apartment. We were two couples. The space is very spacious and kitchen well equipped. We were hanging out on a terrace and I loved observing hummingbirds across the road in the mornings.

I can only add more praises to all previous good reviews. What a great place! It's very clean, comfortable, private, and well stocked too. The location is really good, very close to the beach (what we were after). The hosts are very responsive and always ready to help with tips and advice. Would highly recommend it.

Sarah was very responsive and very helpful, throughout. The location is perfect, the Villa is very nice and spacious, with a spacious balcony overlooking the pond to one side and the beach to another side. The beautiful Dickenson Bay Beach is only one minute’s walking distance. The kitchen has everything required for the self-catering needs, bathrooms and bedrooms are very satisfactory. The whole place is very welcoming.

Absolutely amazing stay! Everything about this Airbnb was top-notch. The place is spotless, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything you could need. It even had some ice trays ready for us! The host, Guirong, was incredibly kind, responsive, and welcoming. This was actually my SECOND time staying at one of Guirong’s places — and it definitely won’t be the last. That alone says how great the experience is. I’ll absolutely be back again. Truly a 10/10 stay!

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful villa just a couple of minutes from the beach and within a 15 minute walk of several great marina side restaurants. The local beach is fantastic, watching the sunset in the evening with a cocktail from Sandra's beach bar was magical and the location of the villa is perfect. We managed to explore much of the island and were left in no doubt that we were staying in the perfect location in terms of the proximity of many of the best beaches on the island. Chelsey and Jenny were very helpful and the accommodation was perfect, we wouldn't have changed a thing. The large deck in particular was fantastic, a lovely place to start and end the day. Hopefully one day we will be lucky enough to return.

This villa is perfectly located right on one of the best beaches in Antigua. The setting is absolutely stunning-just steps from the soft white sand and crystal-clear water. The villa itself is modern, spotless, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. There are a couple of restaurants on-site that are convenient and enjoyable, but Gayle also provided some fantastic local recommendations that were absolutely brilliant. Gayle is an amazing host-warm, helpful, and incredibly responsive. She went out of her way to make sure everything ran smoothly, and even accommodated a late check-out due to my evening flight, which I truly appreciated. This place far exceeded my expectations-it's truly heaven on Earth, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Looking at photos is one thing, but opening the door of Lorraines flat and actually being there was somehign else. Omg!!!! I cannot wait to be back . Lorraines flat is just perfect , the loaction , the decor, the comfort, the space , the facilties to cook . Lorraine left water and snacks and coffee and tea and milk ready for me . The balcony opens up and the whole kitchen and sitting area and balcony become one big open plan area. The view is breathtaking. Lorraine is always present , and replies immediately. Thank you Thank you Thank you . Everything was so nice . The gardens , the pool , Atta the gardener is lovely and tells you all about the garden and the big avocato tree. I could go on and on here but I will let all of you discover the wonders of Lorraines place by yourselves . I will definitely be back very soon . Thank you Lorraine for being and amazing host . Leif is super responsive and intentional with all directions. I enjoyed my time here, I felt safe and well rested. The location was perfect, next door to the beach, restaurants, and other resorts. I had a great time, would recommend!
