Wonderful villa, beautiful views, gorgeous pool, lots of space, nicely furnished, beautifully clean, very well kitted out. Had a few issues at beginning but hosts v responsive and keen to sort quickly. Would have been great to have an information booklet / folder with practical info about the villa but also recommendations / opinions about restaurants, beaches, excursions etc. The hosts were very helpful - but just useful to have this kind of thing in any accommodation you stay in. It was a shame about the construction noise - beyond their control I know. Mainly it was in the distance but sometimes it was enough to send us to the beach rather than relaxing at the villa. In the main though a wonderful villa which we all enjoyed being in and particularly the beautiful views during the day and at sunset 🌅 - thank you Patrick and the team for all your help.

Beautiful home, very private, less than 5 minutes from the beach (walk one block), and the beach itself feels almost private -- no crowds, barely anyone when we were there. If you are looking for a 5-star luxury hotel, this isn't it. But if you are looking for privacy, relaxation, and enough room to fit a family or a group of friends then Marsha's home could be just what you want. Jolly beach (and its supermarket and restaurants) is 15 minutes away by car. English Harbour is about 40 minutes away. Definitely rent a car (you can park in the gated driveway). Side note here -- driving in Antigua can be a bit annoying: roads are narrow, no shoulders, no markings, and full of potholes, so stay sharp. Drivers are super nice, however, and will always move to let you pass. Back to the house, you have everything there that you actually need. Sheryl was very prompt and super helpful with all the questions we had!

We had a wonderful time in Andrews Sugar Cottage. It is very nice cottage in a calm setting surrounded by a green garden and jungle sounds. We didnt meet him or his assistant in person but the communication and service was flawless - we were even greeted with a fruit basket and a starter pack, thanks! We enjoyed the big terrace a lot and are already looking back to evenings just waiting for the sun to go down and listening to the island sounds. There is also the lovely house dog Mango - very friendly and attentive. There are also other dogs in this area so there is some barking going on during the day. Be aware of the mosquitos and get used to carry the provided mosquito bats along. You will also need a car to get to all the beaches, restaurants and sights. We highly recommend the cottage for people who want to stay away from the big resorts and feel more like a local. We loved it and would definitely book again. Used this apartment for three days while we did some work on our yacht in the boatyard at Jolly Harbour (we could not stay onboard). Was ideally located and very comfortable base. Sergio’s local contact (Stefan?) was extremely helpful at check in driving us to and from the apartment from the marina also he gave us a lift to the airport when we left (which we paid for) but it was great to know our check out and “taxi” was sorted with this friendly guy.

Coral View I had the pleasure of staying at Brooke’s villa - Coral View from 4- 13 Aug. Brooke and her house manager were an absolute dream to liaise with. Questions and advice asked were answered promptly. The villa was exactly like the pictures and it was extremely well stocked with utensils, bedding , towels, bathroom amenities. The villa was extremely comfortable and clean and the ceiling fans and air conditioning worked perfectly. The location is perfect close to beach, supermarket, restaurants and the pool. The villa was like a home away from home. I am looking forward to my next visit!!

Flo and Oana, you guys are awesome! We would give more than 5 stars if possible. Our stay at Flo and Oana’s villa was amazing and we loved every second of it. Flo and Oana are super friendly and will help you with anything you need, including Oana’s helpful guidebook for the island. The location and it’s view are gorgeous, really quiet and also clean, with new furniture. It’s very close to Jolly Harbor and 3-4 very good beaches (4-5 minutes drive) + very good restaurants. The mosquito net in the bedroom is really a plus and we didn’t even use the A.C because of the ceiling fans. This island is absolutely breathtaking. Would come back at Flo and Oana’s villa in a heartbeat!

Julian was a great host. Very responsive and always checking in to make sure I was comfortable or needed anything. I enjoyed my stay.

Susan and the Villa were AMAZING. We actually ended up extending our trip for an extra day because it was so wonderful. As others have said - it is an uphill battle to leave but 100% worth it. The area is adorable and the beach is right down the hill. Susan was extremely accommodating, any issues we had - she resolved immediately. The villa is secluded and beautiful. The area is adorable, the locals are very friendly and this Villa is somewhere you’ll never want to leave.
