Quality assurance and maintenance. Inspected property for compliance with cleaning, safety and maintenance protocols prior to each guest arrival. Ensured the overall health, safety and quality of each property with routine preventative maintenance, including testing of mechanicals, maintaining appliances, testing smoke and CO detectors, and confirming access to fire extinguishers. EPA-registered cleaning products. All our products meet EPA’s (Environmental Protection Agency) criteria for use against the virus that causes COVID-19. Trained Professionals. Our team of housekeeping professionals follow protocol and always look for ways to improve upon their craft. Correct PPE Usage. All housekeepers and inspectors wear protective masks and gloves when cleaning rentals. Linens and bedding All linens, towels and laundry are cleaned at a commercial-grade laundry facility and in accordance with CDC guidelines. We eliminate excess contact and minimize potential spread of germs by bagging dirty linen during transport. Overall Cleaning and Disinfecting. Disinfected and sanitised high-touch surfaces at our property. This includes wiping down any and all items that guests, owners and service-providers come into contact with, including keys, doorknobs table tops, appliances, electronics, and light switches. As well as sanitised soft surfaces and upholstery. Re-washed Dinnerware Housekeepers re-wash all dinnerware, including dinner plates, glasses, coffee cups and silverware, between arrivals. HOT TUBS WILL BE IN USE. Hot tubs will have fresh water in for each change over and will have been sanatized. We are constantly checking for public health advice, and currently we are unaware of any public health evidence that suggests that it's unsafe to bathe in hot tub water, provided it is correctly sanitised and also the correct pH level. In order to keep any risks to a minimum. Does a hot tub kill the coronavirus? COVID-19 is not technically a living organism and therefore cannot be 'killed' as such. Advice from both BISHTA and a USA-based equivalent suggests that the coronavirus would in fact be deactivated in correctly sanitised water that is at the correct pH level. Anybody using the hot tub should shower thoroughly before bathing, removing any pollutants on your body - make-up, hair products, sun cream, etc. This is good not just for your own health and the health of your bathers, but also for keeping your water chemistry balanced. This will allow the chlorine in your hot tub to kill bacteria in the water more effectively, which is it's job. .Check in / check out times. Due to covid-19 our cleaners are going to need more time to get the lodges to the standard that is required. The strict new check-in, check-out times must be adhered too. Unfortunately they will be no allowances for early or late check-in/check-outs with the current situation of covid-19. Check in time is after 5pm. Check out time is before 9am. Changes to facilities. Temporary measures currently in place has resulted in removing the following. Iron/ ironing board. Hair dryer. Fleece blanket. DVDs / Xbox games. Nescafé Dolce gusto machine. Extra Cushions .Salt & pepper pots. Crockery, cutlery,untensils, kettle,toaster and pans will still be provided.

The Cabin in the garden

A private, simply furnished cabin at the bottom of our garden within the World Heritage Site. The cabin has two single beds. There is a shower room and separate toilet ten steps from the cabin . We are 100 metres from a great pub which serves real ales and excellent food. The space is very private with access to a small garden. We are a 5 minute walk from Thomas Telfords famous aqueduct. Offas Dyke path is at the bottom of our drive. We are close to Trevor Barns and Tyn Dwr Hall wedding venues

Cosy escape in beautiful North Wales.

In the heart of the Dee Valley, 5 minute walk from the World Heritage site, Pontecysyllte Aqueduct/canal; & Tower Hill Barns wedding venue; 4 mile canal walk/cycle to Llangollen & 6 miles from Wrexham. The apartment, skirted by a babbling brook, forms the top floor of a converted stable. Detached from but next to our Victorian home. Many pleasant walks & close to Offas Dyke path. Also good for cycling, running, kayaking. Next to bus stop for Llangollen/Wrexham. A dog friendly, quiet spot

Oak Tree Hideaway is our other property at the same location has a hot tub and is dog friendly.

Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. The four poster room has en-suite shower room and the second bedroom (twin or super king) has access to bathroom with shower above. Thanks for looking .

The Shepherd Hut at The Old Police House

A traditional bespoke Shepherd Hut in a semi rural location. The hut is positioned a few steps from the Llangollen canal and a three min walk from the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct.Offas Dyke runs along the towpath .There are two excellent pubs a few minutes walk, post office ,pizza takeaway and cafe. The Hut is in an area of outstanding natural beauty. There is direct access to the tow path on which you can walk for miles. I currently have a minimum 2 nights stay but may allow 1 night stay please ask
