Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

This non-military home has just been fully renovated. It is located in a very quiet hamlet, starting from the trails, ideal for lovers of hiking, road biking, mountain biking or climbing. The shopping village is a 10-minute drive away, offering a public swimming pool, a tree-climbing course, a contemporary art center, restaurants, and a supermarket. In autumn: the rutting of the deer, walnuts to pick on our property; all winter long, skiing at Font d'Urle.

In the "Vercors Regional Natural Park" and immersed in a green countryside, on a private and wooded plot of 2000 m2, this 35 m2 wooden house with a 30 m2 terrace welcomes you with neat and attentive decoration. My house is located 2.5 km from the village of Saint Jean en Royans, facing the mountain. Come and enjoy independent accommodation located on the ground floor of my family home. My mom lives above but with a completely independent entrance and outdoor living spaces. You will be quiet for your vacation, surrounded by nature (on the edge of the forest) and can enjoy meals on the terrace facing a magnificent view of the Vercors.
