Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Saint-Martin-de-Ré

Family weekend with kids. Very nice house, heated pool as desired, kitchen with generous equipment, top bedding, beautiful decor. We loved it, and Alison was very responsive when we had a question. We'll want to go back, that's for sure!

Stunning. The location is simply superb, utterly private with the most stupendous view of the sea and, at low tide, the beach below the house. The grounds are extensive with several places where one can sit and contemplate the sea and watch the sunset. The house itself is equally superb. Comfortable, beautifully designed, spacious and with a lovely ambiance. The kitchen is one the best equipped we have ever encountered in a holiday rental. The location, just 10-15 minutes walk to the main square of La Noue, with its daily market, excellent butcher & fromagerie, the fishmonger, the boulangerie and winemongers, is excellent, too. We loved every moment and would love to come back. Oh and did I mention the ping pong table?

Typical house, pleasant, spacious and quiet for a family stay on the Île de Ré. Ideal for visiting the island and its surroundings. Close to the beach and the Couarde market. Note that parking for one vehicle is on the street in front of the house, so it can be problematic during busy periods to park more than one vehicle. Effective communication with the host, very responsive when requested.

A great stay in La Couarde at this place Clean, very well decorated, very well equipped, very comfortable, with a pleasant and well-equipped outdoor area and close to the city center, the tourist office and shuttles for the whole island (ideal when you come without a car) Some suggestions: - offer a map of the island and shuttle schedules (we left some) - make the operating instructions for household appliances available: a little complicated with the coffee maker....😊

Beautiful and spacious house in very central location in Le Bois, close to the market, shops etc. Very well equipped kitchen. Lovely courtyard garden. Our party of 6 adults had a most enjoyable stay, enjoying both cooking and eating delicious local produce at home and going out to local restaurants.

We had a great time at this lovely house. It is beautifully and tastefully decorated, has a lovely garden, and is very quiet and private. The welcome was very nice and an added bonus was generously allowing our children to play with some beach toys stored at the house. The house is five minutes from an excellent bakery, pizza place and bar / cafe and ten minutes walk from a lovely beach.

This is a great place to stay in La Rochelle! The place is lovely, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Perfect for a couple. The location, in the historical part of La Rochelle, is close to everything : restaurants, grocery stores, shops and waterfront. Christèle was a very attentive and responsive host I highly recommend!

impeccable for 3 days and 2 nights with arrival at the port by boat. Exactly what we were looking for. Small, nice terrace for aperitif, spacious and pleasant old accommodation. Well-equipped for 6. We'll be happy to go back.

Perfectly located appartment, and the garage is a huge advantage. Very nice place to stay at, close to everything, and easy to get in/out. I would not recommended it if you have small kids. There is some safety issues like the stairs, windows, plugs, and furniture that can fall.

Amazing house for a family get-together, there are all the desired amenities. It was a joy! Fully equipped for children. Bed linen kit quite expensive to rent because not provided (€28 per person), but we brought our own linen so no problem for us :) It was a great stay thanks to this dream home!

David-Paul's house is the ideal home base for exploring the whole island. It is very nice and decorated with a lot of taste. It can come right out of a booklet. All materials are quality and the bed has a particularly good mattress. It is also very cozy in the evenings. The garden is large enough to be able to crawl away in every corner with a good reading book and a bag of coffee or aperitif. A blissful place to stay. If we are back in the area, we will definitely come back here. It was not rented on our last day and were allowed to check out what time we wanted. Particularly thoughtful of David-Paul. A top stay. Very nice house, well equipped and comfortable to live in, with its flower garden. We recommend.

We loved the house... incredible location close to the sea and the centre of La Flotte, but away from the noise and bustle. The house sits in the middle of its own walled garden, safe for pets and very, very private. Lots of space to park 2/3 cars as well though the little road to the house is quite narrow. Our mini fitted fine! Audrey and Catherine were super responsive too. Thank you La Flotte for a wonderful holiday!

Beautiful, large, well laid out and tastefully decorated house. Terrace with a very pleasant reclosable pool. Close to the center of Ars. We had a great week there with 9 people.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house - which is so quiet and private on the beautiful beach but close to lots of great areas on île de re! It is a great location to explore from and to rest at after a busy day!

A beautiful beachfront location. A very beautiful family house, tastefully decorated, welcoming and in a peaceful place. We did a lot of walking, in the center of Fouras, within walking distance. You can go to the island of Aix by taking the boat on foot. The weather was nice. Good memories.
