You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

Our house is close to leisure bases: 20 minutes from the Gresse ski resort in vercors in winter and 10 minutes from Lake Monteynard in summer, mid-mountain, hiking, mountain biking, lazing... You will appreciate our house for the location in a pretty village in the Trièves, the people, the atmosphere, the outdoor spaces (11 m by 6 m pool, large garden, playground, bbq...). Small cooperative and organic grocery store. Our house is perfect for families (with kids) and groups.
