With a comfortable king size bed with hotel bedding, 42" tv and a rainfall shower in the travertine mosaic tiled wet room. Free parking outside outside 11-1pm on weekdays and all the time 50m up the road.

Lovely shabby chic style , first floor 1 bed apartment located on the seafront in St.Leonards on Sea. Close to local galleries , restaurants and antiques shops, recently re-opened Kino cinema that originally existed in 1920's. Hastings Pier 10 min walk from the apartment. It's only 20 min walk going along the seafront boulevard to Hastings and slightly further along the Old Town of Hastings and plenty of fishermongers by the Jerwood Gallery. There is so much to do and see in the area.

We have just returned home after a week at Beach apartment. The location was ideal, just across the road from the beach & an easy level walk into Hastins. The apartment was spotless & equipped with everything you could need for your stay. Huge windows overlooking the sea made the apartment very light & airy. The view was wonderful being so close to the sea. Communication with Sarah was excellent with any queries we had being answered promptly. There is no parking at the property but we could stop to unload the luggage & Sarah had suggested locations to park which were within 5 minutes walk. We didn't need to pay as plenty of free roadside parking within that 5 minutes walk. Plenty of good place's to eat close by. We found the bus service in the area to be very good & used it for days out to Rye & Eastbourne. Rye is a very pretty town, great for a day out. We had a great holiday & wouldn't hesitate to return to Sara's apartment if we return to Hastins in the future.

The house is perfect for a weekend away with friends to catch up for a chilled weekend out of the city. There’s really nice local restaurants and wine bars in st Leonards within a 10 minute walk, and Hastings is a nice beachfront 45 min walk away. I’d recommend this house for anyone looking for a chilled weekend away with friends! One thing to note for anyone looking to hire this place (not a bad thing) - one of our party recently got engaged so we blew up some balloons for a champagne toast one night. We were a very chilled bunch and stayed out of the house most of the time, but the host did try and charge us £150 for the few deflated balloons we accidentally left in the downstairs bathroom. We did a thorough clean and stuck very closely to the rules of this property, but I would not recommend this house if you are wanting to have parties or spend lots of time in the house. I would only recommend if you are using the house as a place to chill together and explore the local area!

Damien was a great host and communicated well throughout our stay. The place was perfect for a short break with the beach less than ten minutes walk away. Would highly recommend!

Emma was so lovely, easy to communicate with throughout the booking process and during my stay. She gave some really good recommendations of places to go and restaurants to try. The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated and the facilities were just as described. I felt very safe and secure during my stay. The location was amazing with beautiful sea views and was very peaceful which was just what i was looking for. I was able to relax and recharge during my stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Thanks to Emma for making my stay so enjoyable and i hope to come back soon!

Martina Maria’s flat is lovely, very homely and super well located. We had a great stay and would come again. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable and we loved the fact she left us a bottle of wine .

A well-equipped kitchenette features white cabinetry contrasting with natural stone walls. The space includes a stainless steel refrigerator, a microwave with grill, and a two-ring induction hob. A wooden countertop provides workspace, and a small table stands nearby, enhancing the functional layout.

We are quite particular about where we stay when travelling around, and I’ve got to say, this property is a superb example as to how “AirBnB” should be done! It’s to an exceptional standard , with much thought and attention to detail into the essentials and nice to haves a guest may require. The fit out is superb, the location is as equally superb. Immaculate throughout, something we look for when booking a property to stay at. All in all, a superb stay, great value for money and we will most definitely be back again. A gorgeous apartment in a lovely neighborhood with the sea right there! There was no “free parking on premises” as indicated in the listing, but we never had trouble finding a nearby “on street” spot. The light filled living room-kitchen-dining room was beautiful morning and night, the patio was lovely and inviting. The neighborhoods, both nearby in St Leonards and slightly further away in Hastings and Bexhill were fun and exciting. Do eat at St Clements, some of the best food we’ve had recently! The provision of a good coffeemaker, and beach chairs was a great touch. We would gladly return if circumstances allowed.
