The house is ideally located south of Deux Sèvres, 40 minutes from Niort, less than 1 hour from Marais Poitevin, 1 hour from Futuroscope and 1.5 hours from La Rochelle.

Come and rest cool in the countryside in a tranquil setting to enjoy nature. The apartment is 40m². A large room of 30m² with bedroom area, seating area and kitchenette. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Independent entrance and easy and free parking in front of our house. I can't find the address on the website, so here it is: 15 alleys from the Camellias to those on Belle in front of the veterinary office, not far from the church

Cozy loft in the city

In a green setting we offer a quiet, warm, self-contained loft, a short walk from the city center, close to shops and 20'walk to the SNCF train station. We have kept the authenticity of the place and provide a complete service (linens, cleaning, hot drinks, private parking for your bikes or motorcycles only, firewood...). On 40M² we host independently from 1 to 4 people (a queen bed, a 130 sofa bed).

Come and relax in a typical country house in the countryside, at the end of a small cul-de-sac. 10 min from shops (Super U, bakery, etc.). The cottage is located in Caunay in the south of Deux-Sèvres, with quick access to the N10: - Futuroscope (45 minutes) - Marais Poitevin (1 hour) - Angoulême (45 min) - La Rochelle (1.5 hours) As well as many walks and tours (parks, castles, etc.)
