The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Located on one of the main streets of the village of Les Epesses 150 m from shops (bakery, pizzeria, pharmacy, etc.) and 3 mins from the Grand Parc du Puy du Fou. House of 100 m2 fully equipped and pleasant. Large free parking is across the house.
