The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Please note that the price does not include rental for towels/bedsheets/linen and local taxes will apply.

Pleasant 25 m2 studio equipped for two people. Village between sea and marsh, beautiful walks in perspective along the coast 5 minutes from the sea. Close to Fouras and Aix Island, 20 minutes from La Rochelle and halfway between Ile de Ré and Ile d'Olėron. The studio is non-smoking but possible on the terrace and we don't accept pets. The pool is shared with us and will always be available during your swimming hours.
