Monthly Rentals in Saint Kilda West

The apartment is ideal for two people. It came with a well equipped kitchen with initial basic essentials provided (tea, coffee, etc) - ideal after a long journey. There is plenty of storage space in the bedroom. In addition there is a washer and dryer available - no need to take as many clothes next time. We hired a car, so a parking space was essential, and was provided in the basement. Fantastic location on the promenade with additional beaches located to the east of St. Kilda. Easy access to local bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The nearest tram stops are within 300m of the property giving easy access to the city. The trams are regular and we didn't see any delays or cancellations. If we ever return to Melbourne, we would definitely check on its availability. Thanks Jen Regards John

Karen's apartment was exactly what we needed and so much more. The location is fantastic and extremely walkable. There are great restaurants all around, the beach is 10min walk (and visible from the balcony), and easy access to the Trams. The unit is tastefully decorated with everything you could need, from an ironing board to a great hairdryer. The bed was super comfortable and good quality linen. Zlatko was looking after us during our stay, and was able to accommodate a late check out, and very responsive and kind when we managed to lock ourselves out of the building. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommend this unit.

Anne was extremely helpful and friendly. She made us feel right at home especially after a long flight from the UK. She met us at the apartment and showing us round the property and giving us great tips on the surrounding area. Anne was always very responsive during our stay and was a great help in ensuring my son found longer term accommodation for his new job in Melbourne. The apartment was nicely located for trams into the CBD and a 5 minute walk to the beach!!! I cannot thank Anne enough not only allowing us to use her property but for all the advice and help. Would definitely stay again.
