Jolie maison individuelle de 70m² entièrement rénovée pour d'agréables vacances, située à Luzac. Composée d'une cuisine, salon salle à manger, deux chambres (un lit de 160, un lit de 160 convertible en deux lits de 80 + linges de maison), salle de bain, WC et garage. Une cour privée donne sur les chambres à l'arrière de la maison. Le salon s'ouvre sur le jardin avec une jolie terrasse bois. Pour profiter des alentours, 4 vélos adultes sont à votre disposition. Cottage close to the sea

Small 40 m² house located 10 minutes from the beaches in the small village of St Just Luzac close to all amenities. The house is comfortable with a bedroom with a 160 bed and in the living room a 140 sofa bed. Equipped kitchenette (Senseo, Kettle, Oven...) Your car will be parked in our parking lot, closed by a sliding gate in front of the accommodation. The accommodation is independent and is located at the other end of our property, it is fully fenced for comfort and total privacy.
